Monthly Rentals in San Joaquin Hills

The location and community are the best. The facility was perfect. Studio is over the garage. Off street parking is included. One mile from a beautiful and famous outdoor mall in a beautiful resort, ocean town, known as, Newport Beach, CA. This unit has A/C and heating systems. The owners, Ken and Pam are exceptional.

I'm so glad I chose Linda's place for my long extended stay. As a native to OC, I knew the location was convenient. Loved the beautiful and extra touches of humanity Linda added to the place in welcoming me into her space, especially as a lover of flowers. Upon arrival, I noticed everything was clean including the carpets and seating areas which was awesome. The garage is on the smaller side, as I have an SUV, but I was able to park it right on the street in front of the property with ease. As a host, Linda went above and beyond, which was so sweet. She was always responsive if and when I had a question, and was just so kind.

Loved our stay in Laguna Beach!! Cynthia was very helpful and location was 5Star🏄🏿‍♀️🏄🏿‍♀️🏄🏿‍♀️! We would like to spend another month next year if at all possible!
