it's as described in the listing though a little smaller then I expected but Greta none the less. ineng will sort out any issues you have may it be the wifi or somethong else. if you want to experience the Philippines or experience the way locals live try this it's not in a fancy town but it sure is close by.

Janine was very responsive, friendly and accommodating. The unit matches the photos and description. Worth the price! Will definitely recommend to my friends again in the future.

My parents enjoyed their stay. The place was very peaceful and they really like the interior design. Had some concern but they were able to address it immediately and sent a maintenance the next morning. Overall they were happy during their staycation

Joan and Mark have been the most amazing hosts. I stayed for 2 months and had no trouble. Mark welcomed me for check-in and showed me around. I was so relieved to find ample toiletteries to start my time here, infact some of them enough to last me 2 months. Most of the things including but not limited to pharmacies, convenient stores, supermarkets, copy making machines, fast food restaurants, vegetable vendors, fruit vendors, etc. are within a 5-10 min walking distance. A great gym called gym heads is 1.5 km away and a satellite office of bureau of immigration is about 2.5 km away. Such a convenient place to stay! The residential zone is well guarded with security and the maintenance is top notch, access to the pool is available at a price. The building is also very well maintained. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Amazing stay!
