Holiday rentals with beach access in San José Province

This is a perfect location to visit the park as well as the beach. The host was incredibly responsive and receptive to some special requests. This is a great place to stay and also the bed, sheets, and pillows were fantastic. So cozy!

Our stay was great. The apartment had everything we needed with a well set up kitchen, bathroom, aircon, parking etc. It also felt very secure. The location is very central and it’s a short walk to the beach. Axel was very communicative and check-in was easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Alexander and Maria were so sweet. They were responsive and there for us. The place looks exactly like the pictures, rooms were clean and kitchen was well equipped. We could not find the hair dryer and when we brought it up to the host, they immediately went out to buy us a new hair dryer on the same day, which touched us deeply. The extra attention made us feel heard and cared for. They also cleaneed the outside of our apartment while we were there, which was extra appreciated considering we would come home with a lot of sand from the beach. Overall, great hosts. Location is a little remote, but the gated garage made us feel safer.

Great stay, beautiful location. We had a car but if you don’t it’s the perfect location. Restaurants everywhere that are walkable. Condo was nice and Dani was helpful. Would stay here again.

Very nice accommodation only 15-20 minutes walk from the beach or national park. It has everything you need, on the balcony you can relax very well and watch the birds and hummingbirds. Most of us had the pool to ourselves. The adjacent restaurant is also highly recommended

The hostess is very friendly and communicative. The beautiful place, a great view of the sea, very tidy, clean, very quiet, the beautiful nature.

Such a great place!! A house that didn't need anything! It has everything you can imagine, cookware, linens, towels for the pool and for shower, soap, cooking ingredients, a wide refrigerator, security, gas grill, a large pool, beach terrace chairs, etc. the most complete accommodation I have stayed in, I will definitely come back. It is approx. 1 km from the center of Uvita, you can walk or drive to the entrance of Bahía Ballena. Good relationship, quality and price, I am very pleased with the stay.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Playa Hermosa! The home itself is beautiful and has everything you need. The access to the beach club and the delicious restaurant were a plus! The beach access is a quick one minute walk. The beach was lovely - not crowded and with soft sand.

To be honest everything about this place was better than we expected it to be. The house was bigger and the beach was more beautiful. It really is a fantastic place to stay and it is run by the people who really care. We would be very happy to go back there again.

Vivi and Jorge were wonderful at making sure that we had everything we needed. Midweek, they came through to exchange towels and take out the trash. The location at the beach was so beautiful. We were able to swim in the ocean every day when the tide was low we were able to walk into town, there were trinkets to buy and great restaurants in Dominical. There were beautiful birds around the place, and it was very easy for us to go both north and south along the coast with a rented car. I can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful time at Casa Biesanz! The views from the upper terrace are unbeatable, and the meticulously manicured yard is packed with wildlife, obviating the need to visit the overcrowded national park. Sarah is a super helpful and responsive host. We will definitely be back.

Andrey was a great host and place manager. He addressed all my concerns, the place was beautiful, clean and peaceful, just what I needed after a lengthy period in Mexico City.

Excellent location of the apartment with a lot of privacy in the Tower, for access to the pool and Rancho. The place had all the amenities and beach meters from the stay. Fanny always knows with the information! We will definitely be back soon.

Beautiful condo nestled in Manuel Antonio. It was a 15 minute walk to one of the best beaches in Costa Rica. We had lots of amazing restaurants that were easy to walk too. Our host was so friendly and conversed with us daily to see how we were doing and how our trip was going. I will definitely go back.

Great place and very safe

The apartment located on the 5th floor has a magnificent ocean view. It has everything you need to spend a few days relaxing. Between the possible we will come back and recommend it to other users.

We loved our stay at Susana's place. The accommodation is super beautiful with a splendid view of the beach. We had all the necessary facilities. Beautiful terrace for our meals. The site was quiet, with a beautiful large beach. We took some nice big steps. The water from the sea and the pools were warm and we enjoyed it very much. Finally Susana answered any questions we had. If you are without transportation the bus system is more or less reliable. It's hard to know what time the bus passes. However, there is a bus stop right in front of the site. Thanks for everything.

We had a wonderful stay at Carrie's place in Bejuco. Her and her husband were incredibly communicative leading up to and during our stay. We appreciated the scenic views from the condo and watching macaws fly by in the morning as we drank coffee from the balcony. Away from the more touristy parts of the coast, we enjoyed coming back to the serenity of the condo after a day of exploring the surrounding areas. Would recommend for anyone seeking solace or a home base from Manuel Antonio.

A great stay! We really enjoyed the tranquility and beauty of the place, the beach is within walking distance and is absolutely beautiful. Beautiful waves for surfing! Small convenience store on the corner and supermarket not far away. Hubert is a great host, we were very well responded throughout our stay and it was a joy to stay in this apartment. We highly recommend and will definitely be back!
