Cabin holiday rentals in San José Province

This was our favourite place to stay in Costa Rica and probably my favourite Airbnb since 2013! It’s exactly as described - set at the edge of the jungle with palms, monkeys, frogs, and we even saw a bioluminescent beetle. The beach is across the lane and the water is incredible with soft sand and warm waves. The cabin itself is spotless, pride of ownership is evident throughout. Tons of room with good A/C, and a hot tub and outdoor shower out back. 5 stars for this property, I will definitely be back!

We went to this beautiful cabin to celebrate my sister's birthday and had a great time, quiet everything was clean and tidy. We used a lot of things the cabin has to offer and we were able to enjoy. If we think and hope to come back. 🙏✨🙌👌 Thanks to Karla for being an excellent host.

The very nice place, the only thing is that in the main room the light sticks full at 6 am, otherwise,a very nice cabin

I loved Isaac’s Airbnb… It was just what I hoped it would be! The hot tub was wonderful…the bed, super comfy, and the showers (indoor and out) were perfect! I spent almost a week here and it was so private and relaxing… It was exactly what I was looking for! The twinkle lights made it so cozy. The fireplace was awesome. I saw so many cool birds and butterflies just sitting on the porch! I would book here again without hesitation!

The place is better live, the private, clean, the place is beautiful😍, fixed I hope to return...

The pics don’t do this place justice! It’s gorgeous with views from your private jacuzzi on the deck of the waterfall! Such a beautiful spot immersed in nature and everything you need for a comfortable stay. We had dinner and breakfast both were local casados style and yummy. Sweet couple that runs this place that really does make you feel at home and appreciated.

Really the place is a wonder is a private place which the stay is more welcoming, the photos do not do justice to the place so precious, the excellent service is very organized and has the essential for a stay The jacuzzi is a wonder the truth and the natural pool is excellent. We were amazed by the place. We definitely want to go back . I definitely recommend this place for a get away from the city

Seriously such a beautiful place to stay!! Only thing is you need a car that can go up and down really steep hills to get there -- but it's worth it!

We love Sydney's cabin and stay there everytime we are in the area! The cold mountain air is so refreshing and I love the vintage twist on the cabin's decorations combined with modern comfortable beds and linens. I feel very relaxed and at home when at Sydney's cabin and look forward to our next stay!

Ericka's place was a great place for those who love nature and want to relax and disconnect. The view of the mountains from the cabin was breathtaking. Loved the regular visits from the family's cow and her calf as well. The family was beyond helpful in making sure that I had what I needed (groceries, etc.,) since I didn't have a car and I had a long-term stay.

We loved staying at this cabin. We stayed at 7 total different AirBnB's on our extended stay in Costa Rica around the $200 range and hands down all 5 people in our group loved this place the best by far!

Excellent cabin to be surrounded by nature, still close to the facilities of the city. The viewpoint is beautiful, and the cabin has common areas ideal for group sharing. There was enough space to park, and with a gate in front that made it safe.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful cabin surrounded by a very large and pretty garden. The host was very kind. Excellent value for money. Would definitely come back.

An absolutely incredible place — an extraordinary view with amazing bird watching opportunities. Danielle is a fantastic host, very responsive and proactive if there were ever any issues (the wifi went down for a short couple of hours). My husband and I stayed with our infant son, and I couldn’t recommend this cute little cabin more. The kitchen has just about everything you need, and all in all it has the comforts of home, in an absolutely beautiful area.

We absolutely loved our stay! It is a nature lover's dream! Having our coffee on the patio overlooking the jungle and the river every morning was pure bliss. Our 4 year old daughter absolutely loved the pool! The entire property and surroundings is gorgeous. We swam in the river, explored the waterfall and the hotspring nearby. We saw lots of wildlife. The house was cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed to cook our own food. It was such a cool experience and we will definitely be back to do it again. I highly recommend staying here and enjoying the natural beauty that is Costa Rica! Thank you to the hosts for creating such an incredible place and sharing it with us!

Absolutely beautiful place, loved everything about it. Peaceful, clean and great location.

We really needed a place to disconnect from activity and reconnect with our Creator and ourselves and Eden Atenas was the perfect place for that. The colors and sounds of all the flowers and birds gently refreshed would souls to that we could be completely renewed. What an incredible blessing!
