The apartments are located in an Apart hotel with beautiful hall, concierge and perfect service. Apartments are clean and bright just as on photos, with powerful central air conditioning. There are nice restaurants round the corner nice restaurants and it takes 10 min to achieve city center.

The apartment is modern, attractive and well designed, with lots of storage. Bonus balcony with nice furniture. Well-equipped kitchen, wonderful to have the washer-dryer & drying rack. Quiet at night, safe and secure building. Grocery stores, pharmacy and nice mall Paseo del Galleria nearby. Wonderful place to stay in Asunción.

I had a great stay in Victor's space. From the beginning he was very requested, left water, chipa and tea so that I would be well received when I arrived. The apartment is very well located, very quiet neighborhood and close to the Carmelita neighborhood, which has many bars and restaurants at night. Speaking of the apartment, I only have compliments to do, from the easy entrance to the building, with a 24-hour doorman, to the spacious and comfortable apartment, where we have everything we need and a little more. Extremely comfortable bed and pillow, I would even like to know where Victor bought the hahaha pillows In an upcoming trip to Asunción, I'm sure I'll be staying again. Thank you Victor.

1. The reception knows what it is doing. 2. Access, key, wifi, TV, air conditioning, all uncomplicated. 3. Pool water very clean. all good. Price/performance fits.

The accommodation is very clean, modern, well located and functional. The hosts are responsive and friendly, the pool is nice. We'll be happy to go back.

The stay was fantastic , the apartment is very well located , it also has everything to make you feel comfortable, detail to highlight Carlos , very kind and responds quickly to each query . This is my second time staying in that apartment .

The apartment was great and the location really convenient. Biggie (convince store) was good for stocking up on essentials. The apartment and entire building were clean. The building was quiet with no disruptive noise. We especially enjoyed the shared rooftop pool with amazing views over Asuncion.

Third time we have stayed in this house. It is very comfortable and spacious. Near to supermarkets, shopping, restaurant. Ideal to come with kids. We always came to see the family, and the spaces that the house has are ideal for sharing either indoors or outdoors. Vicente(the caretaker) is very friendly and always willing to help with whatever is needed.

Sergio was very communicative from the beginning, he was able to give me the reservation of the place 10 minutes from yo writele, cozy place to rest

Diego’s place is absolutely beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos. The house features a cozy living room and spacious hallways both upstairs and downstairs. There are three fantastic bedrooms, including one with an ensuite, a fully equipped kitchen, and a beautiful BBQ grill next to the swimming pool. The space truly feels like home. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the location is perfect—ideal for a family holiday or a relaxing escape from the routine. It’s a wonderful place to unwind and create lasting memories. Highly recommended!

Fantastically beautifully renovated property with a lot of attention to detail. Lovely fragrant jasmine, very nice patiomet tennis table space. We had the whole property and that was an incredible luxury. The only downside if I had to mention 1 was the internet. It didn't really go well.

We really liked this apartment. Its huge and right by the super market. In a sense there are 3 rooms. The walk-in closet is as big as many bedroom. My wife used it as an office. The is a nice place to stay.

Glen and his team are one of the reasons I am always excited to come to Asunción. This unit is spacious, well appointed, and located on a central yet quiet street. I especially appreciate the extra bedroom/ office and the water delivered to the unit. As always, this was a flawless stay.

My stay in Ricardo's apartment was excellent. Communication with him was very good at all times. It was punctual both to greet me in the apartment and to pick up the keys at the end of the stay. He even helped me get my bags up, which was a very friendly gesture. A great point in favor is that Ricardo speaks English communicatively, which made communication much easier. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures. The area was quiet, which was important to me. In addition, the apartment has access to a common laundry, which was a great point in favor. Overall, everything was in order and my experience was very good. I recommend Ricardo as a host.
