Holiday rentals with beach access in San Miguel de Cozumel

Very well located apartment, very easy to reach, we arrived in ADO and the terminal was very close to the accommodation. Alejandro was very nice to us, very predisposed. The apartment is very nice, warm, with all the amenities, the building super complete and super safe. Super recommended.

I’ve stayed in many places in Playa and Daniela’s penthouse is one of the best! There is so much space, in the apartment and on the roof. The covering over the plunge pool with jets helped keep you cool from the Playa sun. The BBQ and kitchen sink upstairs is a perfect touch. The rooms, and everything else, were super clean and comfortable. The ACs were strong, the washer and dryer useful, and was well stoked in the kitchen and plenty of extra linens and towels. It’s close to Playacar and the ADO turística and Cozumel ferry. Would definitely stay here again with friends and/or family. Daniela is also very responsive.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this delightful Airbnb. The condominium was impeccably equipped and clean, and our hosts, Oscar and Juliana, were incredibly responsive. The kitchen was a standout feature, boasting an air fryer alongside all the essentials for preparing gourmet meals. The comfortable furniture added to the overall coziness of the space. Conveniently located, we found ourselves surrounded by many restaurants and amenities. Checking in and out was effortless, making for a seamless experience from start to finish. We highly recommend it!

The experience was excellent, it far exceeded our expectations. The host was there for us at all times. Our flight arrived early in the morning we stayed at 3 in the morning- and she took care of everything. He even asked us in advance for the car to check you in at the entrance and arrange any possible inconvenience. The apartment was in perfect condition: clean, comfortable and with everything working. She always cared about how we were and if we needed anything. It really is super recommended and I would definitely come back.

had a great stay at Kelley Michelle's. the apartment is walkable to Centro but a little further south to be a bit closer to my dive shop at Marina Fonatur. Kelley Michelle was very responsive and helpful, the right door was a little tough to find but once I was in everything was as described and great. Internet is very fast (200+mbps down/100+up), no issues with Teams meetings all week.

If you’re not interested in the hotel zone in Cozumel, Lucia’s place is perfect for a blend of relaxing and exploring. We enjoyed the terrace, the pool and direct beach access. The kitchen is very well stocked and the laundry set up was much appreciated. It’s also very well located being 10 min from town and 30 mins from other parts of Cozumel. 10/10!

Wow, BOOK it now! We loved our Spring Break retreat here. The sprawling house is amazing. It was perfect for our 2 families (9 ppl - 4 adults, 5 teen or preteens). We had enough room to spread out but all connect in the amazing spots throughout the property. The house setup gives lots of flexibility to accommodate variety of guests. The porch is awesome. The pool and waterfall are relaxing. The cenote is truly uniques. The support team (Ruth - housekeeper and Rafael - handyman, grounds) are a superb extra perk. We coordinated for a bfast and dinner by Ruth and perfecto. They treat the property and guests with real caring. The location is convenient for all types of activities. We couldn't have asked for more and highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay. It does look just like the photos and Alizee was a good responsive host. Rather than repeating everything everyone else has said I’ve set out some insights/ tips which may be helpful. - You don’t need to buy water as Alizee has provided a massive (20l) water container which is replenished for free. You will need to decant and put in the fridge if you want it chilled. The fridge/freezer is a massive American one though - There is only one sun lounger next to the pool which isn’t great if you are a couple. - The sun hardly gets on to the patio at all. There’s about 3 feet max on one side before lunch and about 3 feet max on the other side during the afternoon. Some of the time there’s none on any part of the patio. So if you want to sun tan for hours each day, then this isn’t the place for you. - The kitchen and the bathroom, especially the shower, are showing signs of wear and tear. Very few of the crockery, cutlery and glassware match. Very nice otherwise

If you are looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay, this is a place for you! The house is located at the end of a quiet street in a beautiful neighborhood. It has easy access to the Playa Car beach which is usually less crowded than other beaches in Playa. The host provided chairs, umbrella and beach towels, making beach trips even more pleasent. Communication with the host was absolutely perfect, she even came to meet us, which we appreciated very much. The house has a great collection of books, from Mayan culture and wildlife to mystery novels to read when relaxing by the pool. Overall, this was a perfect vacation. When I return to Cozumel I would return to the same house, I felt right at home and well received and attended to.

Words cannot describe how amazing this home is. Truly a wonderful and unique home that is steps away from the beach. My entire family loved the space and was deeply saddened we couldn’t stay longer! Secured area as it is located within a gated community. Short walk to get to the main parts of Playa del Carmen, but honestly we rarely wanted to leave the house or the amazing beach. Space is huge and had our group of 9 feeling like we were in luxurious but welcoming home. Bruno, the property manager, was really responsive and helped us out a lot with coordinating transportation. Highly recommend!!

Very spacious and comfortable house to enjoy a weekend, few days or even one night with family and friends.

We had a fantastic stay. There were even beach chairs and umbrellas available in thebhouse for our use. Ashley and Sergio made everything easy. Sergio came by daily to ensure the property stayed clean. He went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Ashley was great with communication and let us check in early. Thank you from all of us on an amazing weekend!!

Great place at Residencias Reef on Cozumel, I have stayed in this complex before they use to have a pier that belonged to the property but I believe it was washed away in 2020. If you are a diver you can still be picked up at Secrets pier next door but it will cost you 10 bucks each time. You do need a car here or the cab fares will drain your wallet. The property is beautiful, clean and well decorated. We would stay here again

Maria is a wonderful host and her condo is very comfortable and clean. The bakery across the street was delicious and we also enjoyed the Italian restaurant. Otherwise we walked about 15 min to the tourist area which had so many choices for food! We also walked to Sams Club (taxi back) for food cooked at the Air bnb. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The pool was very nice and lying in a hammock in the pool heavenly! Highly recommend!

What a wonderful week we had! Paradise Condos is a truly apt name for this location. There were so many species of birds singing to us, plus many hummingbirds flitting about. The apartment had EVERYTHING we could possibly need. Only thing we brought were are prescription snorkeling masks. We had coffee every day on the roof deck, followed by multiple snorkeling trips and afternoon beers at Tortugas. I have only two suggestions and only one that the owners could address: the cabinets and drawers were tricky to open and could benefit from some handles. Also, out of the owners control- most of the plastic beach chairs were cracked and broken. No worry- just went to Tortugas to lay out on their beach. I will definitely return! I will never over spend and stay at all inclusives again- Paradise condos is the best. It’s totally relaxed and ideal for family vacations.

Excellent place, exceeded our expectations, very well located a few minutes from the shopping center with exchange house and collective stop to and from the center, also close to wing tima of transport to xcaret. Only observation, the main bathroom had low water pressure in the shower.

We chose this large unit for a family vacation based on location. We are familiar with the Residences Reef area. Quiet with lush surroundings. Two great pools and beach front. Unit is large. There was an incredible table in main living area that we gathered around. The wraparound deck of this second floor unit was like an entire additional living space. Parking is easy and property has security. Groceries are not too far away. You will need a rental car. We had what as needed in kitchen for simple meals at breakfast and lunch. Went out to town for dinner each night. The unit has some maintenance issues but none impacted our stay. Traveled with a toddler and found crib, toys, etc. This unit was perfect for our week in Cozumel.

We had a lovely vacation in Playacar. Santiago made it easier responding and accommodating to any requests we had, which we really appreciated as we traveled with an infant. The apartment is part of a beautiful, private and quiet condominium, only within minutes' walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. It has all amenities you need for a perfect beach vacation

We had a great experience at this place-it felt very comfortable, like a home away from home. this place have A/C every bedrooms & living room, hot showers, washer/dryer, etc as like at your home! Just 3 of us, my wife, teenage daughter, and me stay in this place. Easily access to undergound to park our rental car there. We were walking right there of distance restaurants, walmart, tacos, stores, beach and more, so we didn't need to drive to the popular 5th Street, which was nearby. Plus 2 nearby malls bewteen, if you can walk which we did and had fun and enjoyable too! The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with during our stays. We will come back there in the future again with our family or friends! The host should be superhost! ^_^ You will not regret to book this!
