Monthly Rentals in San Roque

Very beautiful and charming house in the heart of San Roque. Federico was a great host with many tips (parking, restaurants, grocery stores, the town's history) and recommendations and the house was a precious one indeed. We felt right at home here – comfortable, and decorated with love. We enjoyed our stay very much and were particularly thrilled to get a chance to spend time in a historic building in a town whose history is so closely connected that of Gibraltar.

We loved it here. Great apartment - clean, modern, but homely too. Wonderful to have outside space and a pool a few steps away. We visited in April so it was very quiet; we loved the peace and the warm sun in the afternoons. Set up is perfect for a family of four (our teens need their own rooms), and we found it easy to find space to work with enough separation from the noise of family life. Just 25 mins out of Gibraltar so super easy to get to. Highly recommend!

Friendly host, easy to reach and writes back quickly. Self check-in using lockboxes and detailed instructions with photos. Everything worked out great. The apartment consists of a bathroom and the bedroom. in the bedroom there is a small kitchen with stove, fridge, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. So super equipped. The double bed was comfortable. Everything is clean and new and new/well-maintained.

Virginia wad proactive in giving check in instructions and responded quickly to any queries. the place is comfy, and has everything as described. great roof terrace!
