Recommended and would stay here again next trip to St. Martin. Clean, safe, convenient, and well-appointed with linens, cookware, and TV/wifi. Host is excellent communicator. It is obvious that hospitality is important to host, from the how-to-drive-from-main-road-right-to-front-door video he sends, to the artistic towel-figures on the bed upon arrival. Stairsteps required from street to room. Functional kitchen with 2-burner stove. Guests should exercise care with knobs of stove so as not to unintentionally leave in On position. The size of this studio is hotel-room size. Additional island notes I wished I had before arriving first time SXM: Government-provided recycle receptacles avail on hwy b/t Marigot and Grand Case and other spots French side, and SXM AP. Local cell SIM (Chippie by Flow) best bought on Dutch Side at Sol Stations not French side, for whole-island compatibility. Mr. Pat and Ms. Anthia at America Car Rental near airport are good trustworthy business owners.

Geoffray’s unit was just as described and was a great stay for our week in St. Martin! He was super responsive and gave us great recommendations! Unit is clean and parking was never an issue. Savannah restaurant is just outside the gate and was super convenient to just walk to, good food :)

Dominique was great to deal with and always helped us pretty much as quickly as we sent a message. We really liked our stay and are already looking to come back next year.

Great apartment, lovely view, and excellent host. Highly recommended! The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well appointed with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. It is thoughtfully designed and has lots of natural light during the day and great lighting (various light sources and lamps) for the evening. The views from the window and the terrace of Nettle Bay, Marigot in the distance, and the lush hills behind it are beautiful. The location is also convenient. It’s less than 10 minutes’ drive from Marigot with its restaurants and lolos. The beach at Baie Rouge is only a 2-3 minute drive and Cupecoy 7 or 8 minutes, not to mention Plum Bay and Baie Longue. Emmanuelle is truly a wonderful host. Communication was excellent. She was always proactive and accommodating, quick to respond to any messages, as well as unfailingly friendly and polite. She was also able to be flexible with our check-in and check-out. She is a gem! Overall, this place is a great option.
