WeI’ve stayed in the community before, but the difference this time was that the unit was on the ground level, facing the water and the mountains. Spotless, beautifully decorated, a well-equipped kitchen. While our favorite beach nearby, Baie Rouge, wasn’t swimmable this time, we were able to swim just 50 yards away from the condo, and the waters are never disappointing, even with gusts of wind 15-20 mph. The patio is comfy, inviting, and with a bakery and a grocery store right outside, there’s hardly a need to drive elsewhere. Thank you for sharing your property! Stephanie, the concierge, was always responsive whenever we had questions.

We had a great week in a great apartment in a great location. The absolute dream beach is 3 minutes by car. But also the beach access right outside the door in the complex is great. Marie was always reachable and helped us in all areas. Will be back for sure

We spent a week at Villa Marina in February 2025, and it was the perfect getaway. The location was quiet and low-key, making for a relaxing stay. Laure was incredibly responsive, and after a small hiccup, she quickly ensured everything was perfect. We loved starting our mornings with breakfast on the deck, enjoying the beautiful view of Nettlé Bay and Marigot across the water. The nearby Le Express bakery had fantastic coffee and pastries, and Mezza Luna, right next to the resort, served delicious pizza and pasta. We highly recommend Villa Marina and would gladly stay again!
