She is one of the best host, so friendly and responsive. I enjoyed staying here just like it's my home. I strongly recommend this place for those who want to stay for more than a month.

Great place to stay near Little Cottonwood canyon for easy access to skiing. It was a comfortable place to sleep while we were out all day. Since it a converted basement unit, there isn’t much natural light. This was fine for our purposes since we were out skiing all day but would have been less ideal if we spent a lot of time at place during the day.

Stayed here for 5 weeks for an internship. Was clean and fully stocked with towels, sheets, detergent, bathroom items, kitchen items like pots pans plates bowls, a brita, really anything you need or could think of! Gave great the commendations for local hikes and things to do. Very helpful, very responsive. Exactly matched the photos. Loads of room and great amenities. Answered every text within a few minutes. Definitely recommend staying here! I had a great time!

Kate’s place made for a perfect ski trip getaway. The location was only ~20 minutes from Snowbird/Alta and ~30 minutes from Brighton/Solitude. The amenities were perfect with a full kitchen, great sitting area, washer/dryer, and a very comfortable king sized bed. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone. The general location is beautiful as well with the mountains as the backdrop and the surrounding horse ranches. All of this really gave a great vibe to the whole stay. Kate as a host was extremely accommodating and answered questions always in a timely manner. I had the pleasure of speaking with her on our last day and she was just as friendly in person as well. I will definitely look to book here again on my next trip to Utah. Again, I highly recommend!
