Monthly Rentals in Sankt Anna am Lavantegg

This was our place for a weekend visit to the DTM in nearby Spielberg. Stay and accommodation were impeccable and professionally prepared. It is important to use the GPS coordinates provided at the time of booking for navigation. A normal input of the street/house number leads to the Pampa at GMaps (on the last few meters). Thank you for a pleasant stay.

We were two families (7 people), and the house was spacious and very well furnished—you’ll find everything you need, including toys for kids. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful, with a nice view from the balcony. The RieserAlm ski resort is just a 5-minute drive away. It’s a small resort, but the slopes are perfectly maintained, never crowded (even on weekends), and great for small children and beginners. Klaus is a fantastic host—very helpful and always available. We were extremely happy with everything. We will come again. :)

Communication with Rene was very smooth. Responded promptly to messages. We had rented the apartment with garden that our dog Bella enjoyed. She was able to run around freely (sorry Rene, she dug 1 or 2 holes). Upon arrival, she was also well taken care of in the form of a feed and water bowl, 2 towels, made bed, snacks and toy. Coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper etc were all provided. Above all, stop by Rene's shop with beautiful products for dog and cat. Highly recommended if you like privacy but still want to be close to a ski slope. Thank you Rene for the good care, information and understanding.

We are in the accommodation again and again at Beatrix's place and we feel comfortable there again and again with our animals. The apartment is out the back, so it is very quiet. In the colder season, the rooms get cozily warm and there is enough storage space for your own belongings due to the closets in the hallway. Overall there is enough space for us two people with two animals. Everything works for us. You have numerous opportunities to quickly walk to the beautifully structured landscape. What more could you ask for?
