Monthly Rentals in Santa Barbara County

What a lovely stay. Super quiet and peaceful. Great views out every window. Just out of "town" but easy and quick drives to the ocean, trails, downtown Santa Barbara, and Goleta. The hosts were the best. During the LA fires, they were over the top accommodating when my friend and her 4-year-old daughter were in an evac warning zone and needed to come stay with me--they sorted out a few baskets of books, toys, and dress up clothes for us and even offered to host them for free for a few days after my month-long dates were complete! Incredibly generous and sweet. Thank you!!!

Ian's and Rowena's place was perfect for my 2-month stay. With the great ocean view and sunrise over the mountains it was very uplifting and inspiring. The place is decorated with a lot of care to make it a comfortable place to stay and the spacious patio is great for hanging out to enjoy the sunrise or chill in the afternoon before going out. It has all the kitchen and other amenities you can think of and then some more. The location is very walkable to the beaches, the harbor, the Funk Zone, and State Street. There is also a bus stop in front of the house and an electric bike station across the street as well. I loved zipping around on these bikes and exploring SB. Ian and his family are very welcoming and provide lots of recommendations and welcome you as a friend. It was an overall great experience all around!

Great apartment in a great location. Grocery stores and restaurants are within a walking distance. Host is responsive and friendly.
