Our apartment is in a well-served area of the coast, 600 meters from the sea, along SP 17. It can accommodate 4 guests and is equipped with all amenities including: indoor parking, WiFi, washing machine, air conditioning, microwave and LCD TV. Along the coast you can reach the most beautiful beaches of southern Sardinia such as is mortorius, Geremeas, Torre delle Stelle, Solanas, Villasimius and Costa Rei. Cagliari, "la città de sole", is just a 15-minute drive or a 35-minute bus ride away. The stop is 50 meters away.

Piccolo appartamento "open space" sul mare con vista mozzafiato e spiaggia privata. Piscina condominiale (giugno/settembre). Ideale per coppie o piccoli gruppi max 3 persone. A pochi km dalle più belle spiagge del sud Sardegna: Tuerredda, Chia, Porto Pino...ed al porto turistico di Teulada. Climatizzato con wifi, zona notte con letto matrimoniale alla francese, zona giorno con tv, 1 mobile/letto a scomparsa, cucinotto indipendente, bagno con doccia, lavatrice e due balconcini fronte mare.

Nice apartment!

Relax and regenerate in our comfortable apartment, located in a strategic location, less than 2 km from the sea where you can visit the most beautiful beaches of Villasimius, and only 300 m from the main square, the bus stop is only 100 m from the house. The apartment is located on the 1 floor well ventilated and panoramic, consisting of 2 bedrooms of which 1 double and 1 bedroom, a large living room with kitchenette and bathroom, with everything you need to spend a wonderful holiday!
