Absolutely loved the apartment and location! Close to everything and not expensive to get a car to the other portion of sintra, or train to Lisbon. Very happy and will most definitely stay here again when in Sintra!

I can’t think of a better location for staying in Sintra! It is right on the main plaza, with front balcony overlooking the National Palace. We opened the windows wide to enjoy the street musicians and fresh breezes. The apartment was perfect, and the host very responsive. A couple recommendations for anyone visiting Sintra for the first time: Avoid driving if you can. For us as first-time tourists, it was nerve wracking to navigate the one-way streets and hairpin turns required to get to the area of town with lodging. Several streets are impassible to visitors during daytime hours. Parking is a real challenge during the day. Lisbon offers many easier transportation options, including taxis and trains. That being said, once you get here, plan to stay more days than you think! Soooo much to do and see. The town is magical. It was very hard to leave. We have many happy memories of our time at this property!

Patricia’s home is a perfect spot to enjoy Sintra, with two master suites separated by the main living space, it was perfect for me and a pal (or could be for 2 couples) to have our own space. It was walkable to all the sites and the incredible local restaurants steps away. We highly recommend The Nest and would return again if lucky enough to visit this area of Portugal again!
