From start to finish my experience with Zana was fantastic. She’s responsive, helpful and accommodating. The apartment itself is a dream. Great location on a quiet side of town, yet it has a small supermarket just a few minutes away with basically everything you’d need. Everything in the kitchen works well! The bed along with all the furniture is comfy and clean. I absolutely loved my stay, and i wouldn’t hesitate to return!

We had a wonderful night in the little wooden cabin. Beautiful views, nature, sea, tranquility. Really great rest for the soul. Since the night got a little cold, we immediately got warmer blankets. The communication went great despite little English. Recommended to anyone, gladly again :)

We had a fantastic stay at Ornela's apartment! Not only was it all newly-refurbished and comfortable but Ornela was very accommodating and pleasant as a host. She helped us get to Sarande by bus, checked in regularly and also dealt with any issues very quickly. The location is great, being 5 minutes from the seafront and right next to a big supermarket. We found our long stay to be very comfortable. Thanks Ornela!
