Monthly Rentals in Saraphi District

We have stayed over a month and Jin was a perfect host. She and her lovely parents helped and assisted us with any need we might have. She helped us renting a car, gave us a ride when she headed to the downtown. She was very kind. We work remotely so the garden and balcony was a peaceful place to work. There was some construction noise during the day, but at night its very quiet. If you are planing a long stay and want to be away from the city you should definitely consider Jin’s house.

I stayed in this lovely home for a month, and surprisingly, going up and down to the 5th floor without an elevator wasn’t as challenging as I had expected—except for those times when I forgot my car keys and had to go back up! Since it’s an older apartment, I noticed a few ants at first, but they responded very well to ant repellent, so I was able to enjoy a comfortable and pest-free stay. I also loved how the lighting could change colors, allowing me to create different atmospheres depending on my mood. The water purifier in the house was incredibly helpful, and all the essentials for daily life—a coffee machine, a hot pot, and more—were well provided. Above all, Jin is an incredibly kind and thoughtful host! During Chiang Mai’s air pollution season, he even went out of his way to bring me an air purifier himself. Thank you for making my time in Chiang Mai so special and memorable! 😊

This was a very nice condo to stay at. I did a long stay here for about 6-7 months, would have loved to stay for the rest my of time, but it was already booked ahead of time. Weerada was very helpful and nice! The condo has a nice view, across the street is the central Plaza and it's a nice area. I will definitely try to stay here again when I come back.

The neighborhood is very quiet, 10 minutes walk from the airport shopping mall and the nearby night market, and it is convenient to go out and call Grab.Swimming pool is available in the neighborhood.Kitchen utensils are simple with only microwave and hot pot.Overall it's a great value.It is a wonderful place here.
