Well equipped, clean, quiet, and such a beautiful place to stay for a few days! Great communication and instructions from the host. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely little cabin in the country of Yorkshire, close to Dalby forest. The cabin comes equipped with everything you would need. The highlight is the hot tub. If you turn off the fairy lights, the stars are visible through the sky. Perfect area to stay as its in between towns and not too far of a drive for shops etc but still out of the way to be peaceful. The cabin is at the back of a property, which isn't too far away so not as private as I initially anticipated, however with that being said it's a lovely place to stay and I would recommend ☺️

The family and I thoroughly enjoyed Rambling Cottage. Beautiful cottage in a great location and very accessible. It was a great space for us to base ourselves for a long weekend exploring what the North York Moors had to offer. Highly recommend. Michael, Laura, Elsa and Eddie

I ended up doing a solo trip with the dogs and I felt very safe and comfortable on my own. The cottage was clean and cosy. The large Porch is a great design to have an area for drying off coats / boots and with the hot tub. Love the field walks, it’s so nice to be able to have somewhere just a short walk from the accommodations where dogs can be let off lead. Very satisfied with this stay, would recommend to friends and family and I would definitely like to visit again one day. Thank you for a pleasant stay x

This location was absolutely beautiful. Spotless. Just as described! It was mine and my partners first night away and it was such a beautiful place to spend it! The hot tub was amazing! We were able to sit up and chatter all night with the beautiful lights around us! Couldn’t recommend this place more, so peaceful, beautiful inside and out! We can’t wait to come back !

We had a lovely weekend staying at Serendipity to visit the Christmas markets in York. The place has everything we needed and more and Rachael had kindly left the heating on for us so we were super cosy when we arrived in the evening too. Very comfortable bed with great pillows and a great power shower - the all important things! Also a lovely extra touch with some treats for us and the dogs, plus milk, tea and coffee. Our 8 year old loved the addition of the XBOX and extra toys to play with too! Thank you so much Rachael! Helen, Dave, Fin, Olive & Gus x

We received very clear instructions from Selena and Peter to find the property, we didn't need to contact them for anything but it seemed very clear they were responsive and available if necessary while allowing us our privacy. The annex is a lovely, bright well decorated little space that is well equipped with cool features (skylights with blinds!) and doesn't feel remotely cramped. It's high quality in ways you don't always see in an Airbnb, like the fully tiled floor. Parking is well off from the road and spacious enough for several vehicles and the property is very close to some lovely walking routes along the river. Into York itself is a very short walk. We were only in York for a short time but would gladly have stayed longer. Thanks for having us!

A great place to stay,in an ideal and convenient location. Thought the key situation would be a bit complicated but because the instructions were so clear, that it was quite simple. The apartment was spotless, the equipment was good and easy to use. Furnishings were very good and comfortable. Beds very comfortable and heating system very easy to use. Everything had a very spacious and welcoming feel to it. We would definitely use this apartment again. We had a very enjoyable experience.

The accommodation was spacious, clean, well appointed and easily coped with our family and the variety of ages. The outdoor area was well kept and had a large table and chairs suitable for outdoor eating and had the added attraction as a lovely suntrap. Having bathrooms on every floor was very convenient. A lovely house to use as a base when exploring the neighbouring seaside resorts and countryside.

We had a great stay at Julie and David’s house. We really liked the location, free on street parking, easy walk into town and the sea front, very peaceful. The house had everything we needed, very comfortable, immaculately clean. Julie was super helpful and responsive, even when we thought the shower was broken (it wasn’t!) Couldn’t fault a thing, thank you Julie and Dave.

This was the perfect place for a peaceful weekend retreat. With no TV to distract me and gorgeous countryside full of daffodils and signs of spring to enjoy, it was just what I needed to be restored. Gaynor was helpful with recommendations, and the walks were beautiful from the front door. The fresh bread was delicious from the bakery next door and the bookcase had some wonderful books to dip into. I will be recommending it to my friends.

We had a wonderful few days at Justine’s house. Lovely house and amazing garden and minutes from the beach! Runswick bay and the beach area were fabulous. Brilliant for kids and everything you’d wish for on a beach holiday! We will definitely be back! Thanks 👍🏻

Home from home feel as soon as you enter, great selection of toys and games to keep the kids entertained also a nice little welcome hamper was lovely on arrival. A Lovely Stay at Collie Cottage, Filey We had a wonderful couple of nights at Collie Cottage with our 18-month-old and couldn’t have asked for a better base for exploring Filey. The cottage was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated with lots of thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home from home. The location is great—peaceful yet just a short walk to the beach. Our toddler loved having space to toddle about safely, and the cottage had everything we needed, including a travel cot and high chair which made things so much easier. We particularly appreciated the welcome pack and the clear, helpful communication from the hosts. It’s obvious a lot of care goes into making guests feel welcome. We’d happily return and would definitely recommend Collie Cottage to anyone visiting Filey, especially young families.

Lovely clean house, kitchen had everything that was needed, bathroom was spacious and clean with a nice shower and Anthony’s communication was spot on. The pool was great for the kids and it’s a short drive to surrounding areas, would highly recommend.

We spent 2 nights at the apartment. Everything was as described. The location is fantastic within a beautiful holiday village and only 5 mins walk to the amazing never ending sandy beach which is absolutely perfect for your four legged friend. Filey is only 5 mins drive with lovely shops and restaurants and bustling Scarborough only a 15 mins drive. Will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at the cottage. All of the rooms are just like the photos. It was really clean and comfortable. The surrounding area is really well looked after. Just a short walk to the beach, then you can be in Filey in 40 minutes. It was really peaceful and the area offers a tennis court, swimming pool and other activities. Would definitely stay again.

It was a lovely stay. Beautiful site with a lovely long walk to the beach. I booked this place because it is right near Bempton cliff, which is absolutely stunning! The holiday home was clean, cosy and a good size. The only downside we experienced was the on site pub, where the food wasn't great. but over all I Highly recommend staying here.
