John’s place was perfect for our getaway. It was extra special that we got to bring our fur-baby. The place was very clean and the bed was comfortable. My family really enjoyed the bikes and beach chairs. Will definitely recommend staying here!

The perfect getaway vacation place for you and your fur babies. The house was perfect for our needs. The only thing that was lacking was kitchen amenities. Then again, she didn’t list that it was a fully stocked kitchen either. You will have the dishes and cookware but amenities such as cooking oil and spices aren’t available. Looks like what other guests had purchased and left. Not a deal breaker for me because she had coffee filters!!! There’s also a Keurig there that isn’t listed in the post so if you like to use pods you’re in luck. All in all a great place in an ideal location!! We would definitely stay there again!!!! Amazing place to stay for a relaxing beach vacation!!! The cottage is adorable with a gorgeous view and you can’t beat walking right out the back door to the beach! We love staying here!

Fantastic place! Our family of 12 for perfectly. The beach and water are amazing. Super location on the cape. Close to stores, yet far enough away to be peaceful and private. We were a bit surprised to find that the third floor balconies were locked and were told that they were private to the owners. Loved the house and had a fabulous stay. Thanks!!

This was a perfect setting for a small gathering for my family. The home was nicely appointed and very clean. The fire pit was so fun to cook hotdogs and the beach was divine!! We are looking forward to a return next year, thank you Matt and Jenna!

The house is exactly as described/pictured and very nice. The bedrooms are big and it was great having 3 bathrooms. My dogs loved being out on the porch. The views are amazing, we saw dolphins in the bay. I would stay here again.

Great location, some wear and tear on the house but it's near the ocean and is to be expected. Had a few issues that were resolved in a timely matter. All in all it was a great trip

Beautiful place, has everything you need, better stocked kitchen than anyplace we have ever been at.. Clean, decorated, everything you need. Comfortable furniture, great location, we like the secluded area away from the busy part of the town. We will definitely return

The house is beautiful and spacious. We had a large crew with us and never felt crammed. Our favorite spot was the table outside, under the house. The neighborhood is quiet, except for the dog across the way, but it was never a problem. The swamp smelled a little. The location is top notch - conveniently close to resturants and beaches. We recommend staying here if you have a large group who like their privacy!

Had a great stay at Anna’s place 4 mins from the beach ! We had a group of 4 . Everyone enjoyed the layout of the home. A little space for each of us . We enjoyed a few days out ( one day in Tampa) and one full day of “ pool time “ Thanks again , everyone really enjoy your home and the area was very convenient to bounce around for some nice day trips .

We absolutely loved the place. Felt right at home as soon as you entered the door. Gorgeous beach with private access! We will definitely be staying here again our next trip down!

This property and location were exactly what I was looking for to celebrate a 40th birthday with friends. The house was exactly as described as was the property. The 28th Street beach access was back open so getting to the beach was a quick 5 minute walk. The beach chairs, wagon and assorted toys were a nice bonus since we were all travelling from out of town. Our propane tanks were nearly empty and so that hindered our ability to cook out and enjoy the firepit on the last night as we hoped. I would recommend checking those as soon as you arrive. Also, bring your own shampoo, conditioner and soap as that was not provided. Those two things aside (and only including as a head's up for future renters), this was exactly what we were looking for in terms of space and location. I would consider renting this property again if I'm in the area with a large group. Jimmy was responsive to all my questions leading up to the trip.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Patricia was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in easy. The beach was an easy walk across the street. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience.

This house was perfect for our spring break mother daughter trip. The morning sunrise over the bay with a Nespresso coffee on the deck couldn’t be beat! The walk to the beach is so quick and easy and it was nice to be able to use the lounge chairs and bar/food service at Caddy’s. The sunsets from the beach are amazing. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. It was nice having three bathrooms and a beautiful kitchen. There is a bedroom on the main floor for guests who may have issues going up the spiral staircase with luggage. Priscilla was so friendly, accommodating and very quick to respond.

It's easy to feel right at home here! We were a group of 6 and the house was perfect for all of us to sleep comfortably but still have our space. We were staying in Pensacola to visit my niece and this location was perfect so she can come back and forth from base to spend time with us. We loved how relaxing the space was, we really didn't have to leave. We mostly stayed in and enjoyed the MANY! amenities provided. The kitchen was well stocked too so cooking was easy. And nearby is a great Thai food restaurant (Thai Curry House) if you don't feel like cooking. We spent a lot of time out on the water in the kayaks, enjoyed the amazing massage chairs, and spent the evenings watching the gorgeous sunsets in the hot tub or on the pier. Being here makes you truly appreciate nature. The neighborhood is so quiet and safe. Dennis was such a gracious host and even let us extend our stay. He was also an excellent communicator, we felt very taken care of.

Everything about our stay was perfect! The views from the balcony, and the beach just a few steps away was amazing. Parking was nice and convenient. The house had everything we needed and everything was in perfectly working condition. We will absolutely be back!

We spent 1-2hrs on the beach before we even entered the house! This location was perfect!! Close to NAS, 35 min from gulf shores beach for more great food options. The kids couldn’t wait to get in the water (and sand) everyday!

The house was right on the beach. Really enjoyed the access. Beds were very comfy. Plenty of spaces for us to spread out. Plenty to do in the area.

I had to alter my reservation several weeks after booking, and I had no issues. Darin contacted me during the stay checking to see how my stay was going. I had no issues from check in until departure.

We all enjoyed our time at their beautiful home. The home is located in a peaceful neighborhood on a quiet shore, a short drive to many attractions. The house is in great condition and had everything we needed. The morning sunrises were spectacular! If we make our way down to the gulf coast again Daniel and Christy's home will be our first choice.

Nice house with a great view , the different style makes it stand out from the other houses on the beach . Made it easy for us to find the house when we would go out . Very spacious as well would definitely come again
