Our stay in this charming historic home was fabulous! The owners were so gracious and the location was great to take a walk through the campus of UWA. We enjoyed it and will be coming back!

Sleep in a Vault on Main Street! - The Bank Hotel.

DawnRating, 5 stars9 months ago
We would stay here again. If I had to pick something negative to say it would be the door. You had to be very careful to shut the door all the way or it would pop back open. It happened to me once. Luckily the place and the general area felt safe so I didn’t worry about it, but I did double check the door after that.

Boho Bungalow, teepee inside Glamp Inn

JannicaRating, 5 stars25 months ago
I’ve been wanting to stay at The Glamp Inn for years now so I was really excited when I saw it was available! We loved the “Arrow-stream” camper that we slept in. The beds were super comfortable and it was dark and cool so I slept great. The whole place is super cute and right in the middle of all of the action in Warrenton. My only regret was that we booked last minute and didn’t realize we were supposed to bring our own towels, linens, and toiletries but fortunately they had some extras on hand so I could still shower. 😄 I’m hoping to come back soon with all of my girlfriends and stay longer!

Just blocks to Frenchman St & the French Quarter!

SamRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We were in town for the New Orleans Poetry Festival—(Check it out! Happens every year!) which just so happened to line up with French Quarter Fest. PERFECT spot for walking to French Quarter / the awesomeness of the neighborhood in general—legit a 6-7 minute walk to the local food co-op / arts zone / yoga / healthiness that is the New Orleans Healing Center. (I’d highly recommend checking it out!) Very clean :) Very quiet as well! Despite being in such close proximity to the busy-ness outside! I was impressed. Beautiful garden—with amazing spots to swing and chat and hang. Hosts were very accommodating/kind in terms of our schedule! Absolutely plan on staying again! Notes: Parking def a bit tricky. Might’ve been cuz we were coming in during Festival weekend? If you’re coming in at evening—be prepared to hunt for a spot. Also, the hot tub was not working the entire weekend 😞 We’re poets. We get that stuff breaks hah! Merci beaucoup—much gratitude to the hosts for sharing space ?

Historic Firehouse in charming small town America.

JenniferRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
The Firehouse in Vivian is such a beautiful space. The accommodations are modern and beautiful, focusing on the beautiful history of the firehouse. The highlights are the fireplaces in the master bedroom and living room and the absolutely wonderful shower, offering a rain shower and side jets. We will definitely be back if we come to Vivian in the future. Thank you for a memorable experience!

New High Rise 2 Bedroom Condo Rainey District

NickRating, 5 stars3 days ago
This was a great place to stay in downtown Austin — especially during the week! I read some reviews that were concerned about the highway behind the room, but fortunately it wasn’t too bad for us. We used a noise machine as well — which helped a lot. Really great location, close to so much, and parking didn’t cost a fortune— which was nice haha. Overall it was great place to stay in Austin, we enjoyed it. And extra points for such clear instructions from Jason— you don’t have to figure anything out yourself. It was all super clear from start to finish.

Rustic 1 Bed in Dance Hall; Shared Bathroom (B)

DestinyRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Great place to relax. The restaurant/bar had good food. It was nice to be able to relax by fire and listen to band before bed. The shared bathroom was really big and clean. I never had to wait for the shared bathroom. The bed was really comfortable. It was a great alternative to the hotels. It is located right down the street from old tunnel state park (watch the bats at sunset).

The Pearl - (Queen Suite)

BrenRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Enjoyed walking the grounds and seeing everything. Fun environment. Very nice hosts. Room was as described. Very nice and comfortable. If you are going specifically to see the artists and studios/shops go Thursday through Saturday. We had never been to San Angelo before. Fun city. Nice downtown, visitor center, riverwalk, art museum, State Park. All in fairly close proximity.

Mocking Bird Inn- Magnolia Suite

MicheleRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a great stay in the Magnolia Suite at the Mockingbird Inn. Everything was exactly as pictured and described. The space was large with a very comfortable bed and sitting area - a beautiful place to hang out and relax inside or outside on the private deck. Kim and Troy are fantastic hosts and happened to be on the property while we were there - they had great suggestions for local activities and it was fun to hear about the history of the inn. We'd definitely stay again if we return to the area.

Room#5 Centerville Steamboat Inn

AnnetteRating, 5 stars13 months ago
I stayed 4 nights at The Steamboat Inn. I didn't arrive til later in the evening and my GPS rerouted me. Charles helped over the phone find the inn and he stayed til I arrived. All is as described and better. Charles is a font of information and very knowledgeable about the rich history of the area. The neighbors are friendly and courteous. I espenjoyed the lovely spring weather just sitting on the front porch and relaxing. I dined at 2 very good seafood restaurants and did the Plantation home tour and museum in Franklin as recommended by Charles. I can't wait to return. Charles and Wes make you feel right at home with their southern charm and hospitality.

Blue Heron Suite with private bathroom

WendyRating, 5 stars2 months ago
“Charming”, “quirky” and “delightful” we all agreed. We were 8 friends occupying all 5 bedrooms of the Old City Hotel, a unique and historic building. Each room had its own bathroom, and all bedrooms and beds were declared comfortable by their occupants. We would have really enjoyed the nice backyard overlooking Bayou Teche had the weather permitted. Location, location, location! Great restaurants, bars and shops just around the corner. Don’t miss Cafe Sydnie Mae, Lagniappe Antique Mall or the boudin and chili dog kolaches from Cajun Market Donut. Our host was extremely attentive and responsive to our needs and so helpful with suggestions and recommendations. Thank you, Debora. Favorite time in the hotel was gathering with friends in the charming parlor for conversations over coffee or adult beverages. Could have only been better if the room had more comfy seating. To stay in the Old City Hotel is to be immersed in the history of that delightful building and community.
