The house contains a hallway, a spacious bathroom, open plan kitchen w/dining room, TV lounge, loft lounge/sleeping alcove and 2 bedrooms. The residence is centrally located in a rural setting and a short way to the sea. Parking spaces, close to car road, screened patio with very good sun conditions Vikkilen: 5 min walk Grimstad City: 5 mins. drive Arendal: 15 mins. drive(frequent bus connections both ways right next door) Zoo, bathing land and Sørlandsparken:30 mins. drive. Lovely little Sørland apartment for rent!

The apartment is located in the middle of the Cold Stay nature reserve which is an eldorado of hiking trails, beaches and nature experiences We have designed the apartment to fit a small family or 4 people perfectly. Mountain cabin in Trodla-Tysdal after 3 hours hike

Trodla-Tysdal has been a tourist destination for hikers since 1892. Tourists have to walk for appox. 3 hours (7 km) from Kleivaland parking place. There is no driving road to Trodla-Tysdal. Trodla-Tysdal means the valley of the Norwegian Trolls due the wilderness and dramatic nature. In 1996 Reidunn and Kjell built a tourist cabin for hikers. In 1998 in addition a small private cabin. In 2017 this small cabin was renewed and now it is possible to book this small cabin for you.

Rennsunda - Sunny, wonderful view in Vegårshei

You have to drive a boat a little way to arrive at the lodge. It is located about 50 meters from the shoreline, and has excellent swimming right outside. It is no more than about 300 meters to a lovely sandy beach. It follows a small boat with the rent. The cabin has nice terrace and quite large grounds around it, and is the perfect base if you like a walk in the woods, or to fling out a fishing line to haul up some barbecue. Here you can enjoy summer days and long, light nights.

Original and modern cabin by the sea

Original and nice cabin in a very lovely area of Grimstad. Sun until late evening. Access to both boat and kajakk in the harbor, only 200 meters away. (the boat is 12 feet with 6 hk engine). The garden is charming with different seats, grill and fireplaces. It is also possible to rent during winter. There is a heatpump and electric ovens and heating cables at the bathroom. We take 250 extra in payment for electrisity during winter season. Tenants must bring linen and towels.

Two bedroom cottage has accessto lake.

Summer: the cabin is 1 min from the lake just walking distance at the back of the main house. We have sitting area by the lake and sitting area by the small river (this is nearest to the cabin). Feel free to choose. Winter: The cottage is a 20 mins drive to Rauland Ski Center. You can also ski on the frozen lake. Cross country is also a possibility near the area. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Has access to lake. Great way to spend your summer.

Idyllic cabin by the water with canoe and kayak.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Apartment in a new single-family home listed in 2020 with Blindleia as the nearest neighbor. 75 m from the sea. Morning sun on your own patio in front of the apartment. Private bathing jetty and swamps on the property. Great hiking trails in the area. 4 km to shop. 15 minutes to Dyreparken and Sørlandssenteret. 25 minutes to Kristiansand and 20 minutes to idyllic Lillesand. The apartment is soundproofed but not 100% soundproof.

Family trip to Kristiansand, Hamresanden,Dyreparken

Velkommen til et fantastisk opphold på Sørlandet! Dette tomannsbolig ligger sentralt på Hamresanden. Det er 8 minutter i bil til sørlandsparken, som har alle de kjente dagligvarebutikkene og nordens største kjøpesenter. Det tar omtrent 5 minutter å gå ned til stranden, og med bil tar det 9 minutter til dyreparken. Det er 4 parkeringsplasser på tomten, men det er også gratis gateparkering rett over gaten.

The home is also 5 minutes drive distance to Sørlandsenteret and 10 minutes to the zoo. Kristiansand city centre is 15 minutes away. The home has a lot of nice hiking terrain nearby and good sun conditions from morning to evening.
