Monthly Rentals in Seventeen Seventy

The unit was perfect for a week at Agnes Water - beautifully appointed with everything I needed and an easy walk to the beach. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would love to come back. The only minor thing was that the pipes from upstairs are noisy however as others have said it didn’t interrupt my stay and were used at times where it didn’t wake me. There is a great little book in the unit with suggestions of things to do locally and I really enjoyed the Red Rock walk as well as a day out on Lady Musgrave Island but overall it was a wonderful, relaxing place to visit with the opportunity to walk and swim each day. A coffee and breakfast at the caravan park by the beach was also great. I accidentally locked myself out of the unit one day and Haili and the cleaner were so responsive and quickly organised to get me back in! Thank you - I had a great stay at your lovely unit.

Beautiful home in 1770. Multiple living areas, great for sharing the home with extended family where everyone can have their own space. Great amenities and short walk to the beach.

We loved our stay at Santana's Retreat. The location was perfect for us-right in between Agnes Water main beach and 1770. having the pool was fabulous -it would be nice to know prior to arriving if the unit is poolside or not. Appreciated having a few extras available like washing powder and oil and in return we left extra paper towels and toilet paper that we topped up on. The house was clean and tidy. an appliance has to be replaced during our stay and Cleia was friendly, approachable, and fair during this time. We would definitely stay again.
