Our second visit to Kate’s place - we had such a wonderful time before so we couldn’t wait to come back and spend a longer time there! It was immaculately clean and tidy as well as warm and welcoming. Kate left us supplied with milk orange juice, tea coffee cereals etc and a lovely pack of hot cross buns + butter as a special Easter treat! Kate also put out the chairs for us to sit in the sun- it was lovely , thank you. The beds are really comfortable- we slept really well. Gordon enjoyed watching the snooker on the super large tv screen ! Thanks again Kate - we’ll be back !

Absolutely spot on with presentation and location. Exceptionally clean. Well decorated and fitted out with top end kitchen and bathroom. Cereals, coffees, teas, shower stuff, toothpastes etc; All lovely crockery and knives and forks - not just remnants from cupboards you do often find in Airbnb! 100% recommend. My sister and I had a lovely stay.

Hellen was such a star and her kindness added to the home, welcomine feeling of the house. Ideally located 15 mn from Seaham, in a peaceful streets with two little shops nearby if you need anything… And the house is so well equipped, so comfy. A huge thanks, everything was absolutely perfect!
