We had a lovely stay at Mandy’s place. The description was accurate, the setting was very peaceful and it was about 20 minutes into cookeville proper. We enjoyed the quiet morning sunrises!!!

I had a great stay at Breanna’s place! The location was very peaceful, perfect for getting out of the city and close to many state parks. The house had everything I needed for my stay and more. I loved the art supplies set out for guests - what a unique touch! I definitely recommend this place, and I may come back myself when the weather is warmer to explore some of the parks in the area.

I can’t recommend this cabin enough! It was exactly as advertised and I would love to stay here again the next time I come to Cookeville. The location was perfect! It was so easy to get in and out of downtown from here, and I had lots of privacy but I didn’t feel on my own. The cabin was beautiful inside and out. And I loved the farm animals!!

While we didn’t meet Mark, Tom was great! When we arrived he greeted us and asked if we’d like a fire built. We were supplied with a delicious variety of treats and snacks; from the olives, gourmet chips, local pastries(delish!) to the coffee, teas and candy. Oh my goodness! Tom also grabbed some kayak paddles but we were chicken as the high was 65* The mattress was so comfy, we’re getting the same at our house. It was so lovely, we ended up booking an additional night. So relaxing and peaceful. Thank you Mark and Tom! Also loved the Soapbox oat milk lavender body wash and the local goat soap!
