Just 80 metres from seashore, modern 4 star

CatherineRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Arrived to an immaculate, welcoming, homely cottage which was very spacious and had everything to hand. The view is outstanding from the cottage and the surrounding area. So peaceful and tranquil. Loved watching the sunset. Lots of places to visit within a short drive and stunning beaches. The area is dog friendly with restaurants and shops welcoming dogs. David is a very helpful and accommodating host with faultless communication. Would loved to have stayed for longer!

Isle of Skye gateway on beautiful Glenelg beach

PaulaRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Looking forward to next visit, a little piece of paradise. Stay in and cater for yourself or go to the local pub. The shop can deliver supplies, but I like to go in as staff are lovely. So much to see and do and the Glenelg ferry is a must over to Skye. Bruce has earned his Superhost status a million times over.

Tigh Bhaan, Ardnamurchan, Loch Shore House

AdamRating, 5 stars3 months ago
This house is beautiful, the best view with my morning coffee I’ve had in this country. And so much wildlife, we had deer at the front window regularly amoungst lots of other! The host was so helpful and even put a Christmas tree in the house for us over our stay… Which can’t of been easy with how rural you are! Looking forward to coming back to experience it all again in the summer

The Little House. Mountains, sea, fields

SheenaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Just back from a long weekend at The Little House celebrating my husband's 70th birthday. The Little House has absolutely everything you could need and more, spotlessly clean, freshly decorated, comfortable, cosy and very well equipped. Peaceful and private, away from the main tourist drag in Glencoe/Ballachulish and just a few minutes to the beach and local walks. Mountains a mere fifteen minutes' drive away. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get away from it all! Well stocked Co-op and good Fish & Chip shop in Ballachulish.

House on the Shore - Sea Breeze, Ardnamurchan

MatthewRating, 5 stars5 days ago
This wonderful house is the perfect quiet nature getaway. The place was as described/shown in the pictures but the scenery was even better than we could have imagined. We hired the kayaks and enjoyed some lovely time out on Loch Sunart. I have to mention the welcome pack left out for us, which included a home baked cake, some whisky, wine, crisps and biscuits which were all very much appreciated. The wildlife log book left us buzzing with anticipation as it seemed that previous guest had all encountered pine martens and badgers in the garden and we were no different, seeing both every single evening of our stay. Will visit again.

The Shepherds Bothy

DianeRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
The Bothy was a great place to spend a few days. It was warm, clean, cosy and well equipped. It is really peaceful and private and with lots of walks from the door around the estate including access to the coastline. The cafe was great with lovely food and friendly staff and just a couple of mins walk from the door. I was glad of bringing an eye mask, as with it being a barn conversion, the windows are too high to block out early morning light. Also, wood is provided which is great, but be prepared to chop it up with the axe provided. We would certainly stay there again, loved it.

Home in Ord with sea views and great facilities

JoshRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Fantastic relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings. Although there is not much to do in the village, Eileen and Rob had loads of suggestions for us and we did spend one day tripping around the island. Ord is a lovely place with a great seafront when the tide is out providing a brilliant space to watch seals. The property itself was clean and inviting, very homely and Rob and Eileen were always on hand for anything we needed, although we didn’t need much! 100% would stay again when visiting the Isle of Skye. Recommended for travellers wanting a quiet few days of relaxing with the chance to do some sightseeing from a comfy base.

Steisebhat View, Self-Catering Cottage, Harris

PaulRating, 5 stars7 months ago
We had a great few days at Jason’s fab place. The beds were very comfy, it was nice and warm, the amenities are great - especially the dishwasher! Its was a Locke tough to have done shortbreads and a bottle of Sauvignon waiting for us on arrival! The Ferry Inn Isle of Harris Brewing Company was great for food and giifts. The owners were very friendly people who were happy with us turning up quite close to kitchen closing time as long as we pre-ordered - the langoustines were divine! Thank you Jason!

20 Stormyhill Road, Portree, Isle of Skye IV51 9DT

NikkiRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
The perfect home for exploring Skye. Moreen’s home was clean, comfortable and felt like home. The house had everything we needed for our family with a well equipped kitchen and spacious bedrooms. A short walk into Portree made it a great location for places to eat and stunning views of the harbour nearby. Big thanks to Moreen for being so friendly and welcoming. We would absolutely love to stay here again in the future.

Skye View, Glenelg, Scottish Highlands

SimonRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Wonderful place to stay and really well equiped. Lovely to have the wood fire on in the evening. Comfy beds and everything was catered for. Some highlights include Glenelg Village (and the pub); some lovely walks; and if you get the opportunity to take the Glenelg Ferry to Skye don't miss it. There's also a lovely wee cafe at the ferry terminal that does a lovely coffee and home baked pasties (community run). Many thanks for your hospitality Sarah and family.

Number 4

CorinnaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This is the second time we've stayed here. It's a nice and quiet area and close to Fort William shops and amenities (by foot and car). It's a great location to get to the places we go for hiking and enjoying the beautiful landscape of the area. We usually stay in for the first night and make use of the big kitchen and cosy sitting room. The only thing that could be better is the water pressure in the shower, but apart from that we've enjoyed our stays here and will surely come back.

10 Glenconon cosy views of the magical Fairy Glen

KrystleRating, 5 stars3 days ago
For three adults Glenconon Cottage was super cute and we had a wonderful stay! The bathroom was fantastic, the bath was one of the best baths I’ve ever had! Recommend bring bath bubbles/salts. Even the shower was beautiful and hot with great pressure. We loved sitting by the fire place in the evening, and enjoying the stunning views during the day. Kitchen was very well equipped and being international travelers we so appreciated the basics like olive oil, milk, salt and pepper. Ian as a host has thought of everything. House was very warm too with central heating. We really appreciated the use of the washing machine and dryer too. The only thing to be aware of is that the gate needs to be opened and closed each time.
