Monthly Rentals in Sorbolo

This is, without a doubt, one of the best Airbnb stays in Italy, hosted by the best host. I have stayed in many Airbnb homes over the past 10 years, and while I have been satisfied with most of them, Francesca and her home truly deserve the highest praise. The apartment exceeded all my expectations, meeting every need with top-quality equipment and furnishings. The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, closets - everything was simply perfect. Beyond that, the location is fantastic. If you were moving to Parma permanently, this is probably the first neighborhood you would consider. You are just a few minutes' walk from everything -supermarkets, the city center, restaurants...- yet the apartment remains incredibly quiet, with no noise or chaos whatsoever. Francesca, with her kindness and attentive attitude, is not only a fantastic host but also a truly wonderful person. I will be staying in Parma for a while longer, and I will always recommend Francesca’s home to any friends visiting me in Parma.

I came back for the second time and I can only confirm all the good things I had already experienced. The apartment matches the description and photos, maybe in person it's even better. The kitchen is very well equipped and perfect for medium-long stays. Nice and friendly host, and very clean and well-kept apartment. the condominium context is elegant and well maintained, the neighborhood full of commercial activities including 3 supermarkets within walking distance. Finally, easy parking and proximity to the ring road and highway are definitely a plus. Very satisfied.
