Holiday rentals with beach access in Sottomarina

We felt right at home. Great communication with Alessandra. Alessandra was very accessible and gave us some tips. Nice place to stay. Quiet location. A few steps from the beach. Good public transport connection. We'd love to come back

Very comfortable apartment, lots of space, bedding is clean and of high quality. The room is warm and dry, which is an exception for the seaside city. The host was constantly in touch, told me how to see Venice. There is no internet in the apartment, but we didn't really need it. There are not many dishes in the kitchen, but there is everything you need. The bathroom is newly renovated and clean. The sea is visible from the window, it's just love. Experiences are the most positive. We didn't want to leave. Thank you Marco, we will be back again!

If looking to go to Venice if it is a little complicated and far, but if looking for a nice, quiet place and where to have a good time, it is the right place, it is still possible to move to Venice, only the tickets are not so easy to find anywhere

Had a wonderful stay despite a delay on our side. Roberto has responded flexibly. Were received and instructed by him. The apartment and location was like the description. Perfect.

The place is clean and cosy and close to the beach. We also appreciated the on-site parking and friendliness of our hosts. There is a supermarket in the same building and some restaurants very near by. However, while being very close to the beach, it is also a bit far from the historic city of Chioggia, but still a walkable distance away (40 min walk). Some basic thing in the kitchen, like kitchen cloths or bottle opener, were missing, but possibly because we came in pre-season time. It was a nice stay, we recommend the place, thanks for hosting us.

Thanks for a lovely few days on beautiful Pellestrina. The studio was perfect, with everything needed for a peaceful and pleasant stay. The Pellestrina sunsets were amazing! Huge thanks to Davide and his parents for helping us out after we got our dates muddled. Pellestrina was one of the highlights of our trip across Italy, thanks again!

The tavern is really very nice, minimal but functional furnishings, equipped with everything you need for your stay and located in a convenient point for exploring the city. Simone and her parents were super nice and helpful, they provided us with a parking space, two bikes to be able to move around independently and made themselves fully available for our needs by giving us flexible hourly availability. I recommend it!

We had such a nice stay at Casa Lova. Laura was a wonderful host, from start to finish, and the house is comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. One of my best Airbnb experiences!

We spent 5 nights ar Vittorio's place and were very satisfied. Spacious house with big garden. As we travel by car and with two large dogs, the space outside the house was perfect for us. The garden is fully fenced and private. Large terrace with a roof. Just take some mosquito spray - as the island has water all around, they are vicious there - in case you feel like sitting on terrace in the evening or take a stroll around the island.

We enjoyed Stefano‘s place a lot. The swimming pool was a hit for our children and in fact for everyone. We are a patchwork family of eight persons and we could separate us in the two half’s of the house. Very practical was that those who wanted to sleep long were not disturbed by the early birds. The garden and pool was super nice and we don’t most of the time outside. Because of the big awnings there was a always enough shade to take a break from the heat of the sun. For us it was a beautiful holiday for everyone.

We have been in the apartment with friends and we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is modern and very lovely decorated. It got everything that we needed. You can see the amount of work Chiara and her husband have put into it. We felt welcome from the beginning and the hosts are very friendly and always there, if you need something. It is easy to reach the city and the beach by foot. We would definitely come back!

Leo was a great host, precise in providing us with directions and quick to respond when we needed some clarification. The recently renovated house is in a great location and Leo has furnished it with good taste, nothing was missing and he also provided us with 4 bikes! It was a very relaxing stay. Thank you 😊

We loved the aesthetic and location of Michele’s family summer house on Lido. It’s a proper 1960s gem. Well equipped and clean. Michele was super helpful. Was nice to be a little bit away from the craziness of Venice in a chilled neighbourhood.

The apartment has been renovated, very clean, with attention to detail and equipped with everything you need. The location is excellent, not far from the beaches of Sottomarina and the historic center of Chioggia. Several bars and supermarkets are nearby. We felt right at home!

Lovely little apartment very nicely furnished and decorated. Modern, clean, and homely. Withing the old town of Choiggia with easy access to the main shopping street and restaurants just across the footbridge.

We were very pleasantly surprised by our stay at Paolo's because everything that is written in the listing is in line with reality. When we had questions he always responded quickly, he gave lots of suggestions for restaurants, activities, and transportation. In terms of cleanliness it is impeccable as well as for the location, a quiet and easy access area to go to Venice. There is everything you need in the apartment even spices:) The value for money is more than perfect and Paolo is very friendly and well-intentioned. If we come back to Venice again, we'll definitely go to Paolo's place.

We had a great stay in the apartment, the location is perfect for getting to the beach quickly, as well as various shopping and restaurants and bars are nearby. Everything was clean and well maintained, all rooms are air-conditioned, which is wonderful in the summer months. The balcony with elevated seating was brilliant, which invites you to watch the nightlife with a good glass of Prosecco or beer. Overall, we had a great vacation in the apartment.

This is the third time we enjoyed very peaceful days at this marvelous home. The apartment is in a beautiful spot, between the water towards Venezia and the ocean. Both are within a few minutes walking distance. Everything you need is close by. The home is quiet and very spacious. Lido di Venezia has many different opportunities to enjoy,either by walking or bike ride. Flyn and Onno and me had a beautiful time and hope to be back soon.

we were in the apartment for a week. The apartment has everything you need...we could cook well and the bath was lovely after a day in Venice. We will definitely be back next time. Brand new and stylish place to stay. The layout of the units that guarantees privacy is very nice. I'd love to go back each year.

this place was our favorite! it's is perfectly located, 10minutes to the beach or into old town Chioggia. around the corner there is some shops and very diverse mix of bars and restaurants. also it is very easy to access Venice from here! the place itself has everything you need. we were 2 families with a dog and a baby and were well accommodated. and then there is Gio! he is the best! always! checking in all the time to make sure everything is good. every small concern he takes seriously. he makes your stay perfect in every way he can! and lastly Chioggia is a perfect Italian city on the ocean! we really enjoyed the Italien way in the suburbs of Chioggia + we will be back for sure! thank you for everything Gio! you are a perfect host and made our stay special!
