Our stay at Roberto's charming fisherman's cottage was perfect! Beautifully decorated - everything as shown in the pictures. We especially liked the layout (one room on each floor) and the fact that we had a whole little house to ourselves. The fact that there are no doors between the individual floors did not bother us (3 adults). Roberto was always quick to reach and always helpful. Thanks for the lovely stay in Chioggia!

It's a charming little house. Very nicely located. A bakery is right next door. In 15 minutes, you can walk to Chioggia. Almost at the front door you can take "Raffaelo" to Venice by boat or bus directly there. Cristian provided us with the following free of charge: cola, coffee, pasta, oil, packaged croissants, cookies, 1x tomato sauce, wine, towels, toilet paper, towels and a few more small things. There are 2 TVs with Netflix and Prime. Unfortunately, the Internet is not that good, but that was also the only "negative." Cristian was always easily accessible. Unfortunately, my kids damaged something, but Cristian was neither angry nor did he want money. I hope he was as happy with us as we were with him. We felt very comfortable and thank you again for the parking and the possibility to check out only in the evening instead of in the morning. The location is really great there. You have your peace, but it is very central.

Very nice and spacious apartment just a short walk from the center of Chioggia. The host is always available and quick to respond, and upon our arrival we found a bottle of fresh wine that never hurts. The details that make the difference!

We loved the aesthetic and location of Michele’s family summer house on Lido. It’s a proper 1960s gem. Well equipped and clean. Michele was super helpful. Was nice to be a little bit away from the craziness of Venice in a chilled neighbourhood.

Perfect in many ways, location, cleanliness, attention to detail and comfort. Of course, it's not a place for those with motor problems because it's developed in height. The well-kept furnishings give a relaxing and comfortable feeling. The rooms are well furnished and with a private bathroom The fixtures are new. The location is perfect

Cinzia is extremely helpful and punctual both in her responses and at the check-in appointment. Super recommended location and landlord.

The place is in excellent location and just like in pictures. Nica was very communicative and friendly.

Geirgio is a true gentleman, a lovely person always there to help and so charming. T accommodation was perfect. The garden beautiful with fruit trees and flowers.I love Malamocco, you have 5he Lagoon on one side and the Adreatic sea on the other. It's a friendly village with three restraunts, a café a pizza shop and grocery shop two boutique hotels and a chuch. The bus service is exellent and cheap, buses every 10 mins €1. 50. At Elizabeta catch the Vaporetto to St karria Venice 10 mins, not Aliluguna, as it goes every where and takes an hour to Venice. I loved my home from home, and will come to stay at Georgios again and again.

We had an absolutely wonderful time! The apartment is in a fantastic, central location, with everything you could possibly want right on your doorstep! We had a wonderful holiday, despite a heatwave during our week there! The air conditioning in the apartment worked perfectly and was a real lifesaver. The apartment is just as gorgeous in real life as it is in the pictures! It's modern and beautifully decorated. We want to thank Simone for the amazing service he provided during our entire stay. He was so helpful when we arrived, during out stay and when we left, and gave us great tips for things to do and see in and around Sottomarina. We were especially grateful that he let us arrive a day early, free of charge, because the apartment was empty. It was such a nice surprise! We've never had such a great experience. Thank you so much!

Staying at the property offered by Attilio was a great pleasure not only for the functionality and order of the apartment, very nice and 20 minutes from Padua, but especially for the kindness of the host. Definitely recommend.

A really nice apartment. Well equipped, very well maintained and super clean. The location is on the main road, so there is some noise - as one can expect. But we didn't find it overly disturbing.

Excellent stay with Loreidana who was very flexible for our organization. We will be happy to return to this apartment.

We were very pleasantly surprised by our stay at Paolo's because everything that is written in the listing is in line with reality. When we had questions he always responded quickly, he gave lots of suggestions for restaurants, activities, and transportation. In terms of cleanliness it is impeccable as well as for the location, a quiet and easy access area to go to Venice. There is everything you need in the apartment even spices:) The value for money is more than perfect and Paolo is very friendly and well-intentioned. If we come back to Venice again, we'll definitely go to Paolo's place.

Location of the appartment and the appartment itself is great. It was cosy, clean and warm! We came with a car and parked it in the garage nearby, about 5min walk from the appartment.

Giovanni's place is a great one, centrally located and spacious. Conveniently next to city center.

Loved the comfy bed with high-quality pure cotton sheets! I slept so well. Super quiet, also very short walk to the beach where you can walk your dog on the off-season. Conad grocery store is amazing. I actually started crying when I saw all the choices. There was a strong mildew smell in the house but that is normal for ground floor apartments in venice because of the aqua alta (yearly flooding), Michele said. It would help to have an air purifier. Very much appreciated the washer and dryer which are in one machine. The water from the shower is nice and hot and does not change temperature so I loved that too. Make sure you wear some mosquito repellent. And don’t open the windows. The mosquitoes bit me through my leggings. But then they love me. Also, you can bring some thick pants like jeans to wear. I had to bring my dog to the veterinarian since my dog had a medical emergency and found a great one on Lido within walking distance : Ambulatorio Dr. Bubini Regini Federica.

We stayed two nights to go see the Biennale, the apartment is perfect, comfortable, clean and with every comfort you need for a great stay. Then the discovery of the Venice lido with all the amenities nearby, the beach and excellent connections to Venice. Many vaporetto lines and you can also get there by car on the ferry. Great experience and Elisabetta's apartment will be our first choice when we return! Thanks again
