Holiday rentals with a patio in Sottomarina

We loved Karin’s place. It was central to everything, we loved the fishing boats and their activity, Chioggia and surrounding areas were really interesting.

We stayed at Anna's place, first of all I have to confirm the first impression about Anna, a truly friendly, precise and loving person! All the things she listed were present, the care and cleanliness were excellent. The accommodation is very central, in a quiet area, served by public transport, although we had our own. The Brenta Riviera is enchanting, Venice can be reached by bus just a few steps from the house, same thing for the center of Padua! Super Recommended

We have spent six nights at the Mauro's place. It was very comfortable and clean. House is very close to the beach. Dogs were welcome and additionally there is a park next to the building. We have taken a car trip to Verona, a bus trip to Venice (bus stop is 5 min walk) and a walk to the Chioggia. I recommend this place.

Good location 10 min walk to a large sandy beach and close to bus lines including one that will drop you off directly on Venice Square. New accommodation with all the comforts you need, clean, with outdoor space. Only small downside the WiFi is not available in the accommodation but only on the terrace in front.

We stayed with Nicola over New Year's Eve. We liked it very much, especially that it was always pleasantly warm and the bathroom was also just great. Definitely very cozy in winter too. The value for money is absolutely right.

Fantastic experience!! Beautiful, clean location, 5 minutes from the sea. Large well-kept garden, my dog had a great time. The owner Patrizia is really very sociable and kind, always ready to give useful directions and always available. Communication throughout the excellent vacation. Highly recommended!!

They were incredibly helpful, caring, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Me and my wife highly appreciated our stay at Adelio’s and Stefania’s house. The quiet area avay from the roads provided a peaceful environment, conducive to restful sleep. The perfect location, just a five-minute walk to the sea and close location of the groucery shops, was one of the major highlights. We also loved having a safe parking slot right in front of the house entrance, which made packing and unpacking so much easier. The availability of three bicycles was a nice bonus, and the bike line to the sea port was a wonderful way to explore the area. Adelio and Stefania were very kind, responsive. Their support throughout our visit was greatly valued. The cozy atmosphere, both inside and outside the house, made it feel like a home away from home. Dear Adelio ans Stefania, thank you for everything and see you!

The place itself has everything you need, nice and pretty. Comfortable furniture. Parking is offered on site, not much space but enough for one car. The road next to house is narrow so be careful when coming and going. Overall had a good experience, no problems !

It was a fantastic stay in a sweet house with large garden, garden furniture, pool. In the house, everything is lovingly decorated and well thought out. Sea, shops, restaurants are minutes away. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back. Alberto is always easily available and very helpful. Check-in was totally straightforward and possible earlier. Highly recommended

Another excellent stay! We returned a second time for almost one month and it was another excellent experience. The place was impeccably clean and well stocked with everything you need. Very comfortable and spacious, especially the bathroom, which is unusual for the area. It’s very centrally located just a few minutes from Mirano’s plaza and about 20-25 minutes to Venice. At the same time it is very quiet and private with independent entrance. The gate in to the property makes a difference. Stefania was as usual, an amazing host! Very accommodating and communicative, always attentive to see if we needed anything. We highly recommend this property. We’re rating it a 5 star again!

Everything was great ;) we felt very comfortable: whether beach, padel, tennis or a drink at the bar in the evening - the accommodation was just great for our family vacation for six.

Absolutely beautiful place . Everything was clean. The place was as described. Julia was very kind and quick to respond to messages. The location of the place was absolutely perfect. Peaceful villa area, close to the sea, bus, supermarket, restaurant. We visited the nearby historic town of Caorle and also took advantage of a boat ride to Venice from the city of punta Sabbioni. We're so glad we chose this place and stayed with Julie. Highly recommend !! :)

Good location, close to the Rialto to pass on the other side , close to the Grand Canal and a vaporetto stop. Peaceful apartment, comfortable bedding. Good welcome. Rooftop terrace to share friendly. Beware of mosquitoes, they are already present in March . Delighted with our stay in this beautiful city .

Everything was fine, but if you have trouble getting sleep to get earplugs because the traffic is pretty loud at night.
