Amazingg breathtaking views . Great pool area . 1 block from an amusement park and a general store across the street open until 2am . Everything was very convenient 👌🏾

This condo was such a great spot for our group of 7 to enjoy the holidays. The balcony had an amazing view, and the space looked just like the photos. Everything was super convenient and easy to access. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Overall it was a good stay. Todd was very friendly. The condo was clean and nice. The pool,lazy river, hot tub area was not so clean.

The location was directly on the beach which was perfect. Located near everything which was another pro. I’d definitely book again.

Overall a great stay!! The place looked just like the pictures. Location was also fantastic!! So close to the beach. The condo is in a gated area which was so nice & made us feel so safe. Amber was SO ACCOMMODATING and even let us check in early because the cleaning crew finished early.

Wonderful experience in Palmetto Dunes! We really enjoyed our stay. Robert was a very helpful host and answered every question I had within minutes. The condo was clean and conveniently located near the elevator. The underground parking garage was also nice since we arrived on a rainy day. We enjoyed the use of cruiser bikes and beach chairs that were included with the unit. The pool was beautiful and the ocean/sandy beach was steps away. Would definitely recommend this condo and plan to return again!

What a great place right on the beach!!!!!!! We are a family of 6(2 adults & 4 littles) and had plenty of space. John’s place is located right on the beach. The area is great if you have kids.. Not too busy & we felt safe. The condo was clean and updated. The beds were clean and comfy. The house itself was very clean and I felt comfortable enough to let my 10 month old crawl around and not have to worry about him finding random things to shove in his mouth(even under the beds were clean!!). The house had towels, wash clothes, extra pillows, sheets. On the balcony we found beach chairs and an umbrella which came in great for our time spent on the beach. John was a wonderful host! Proactive and very easy to communicate with. We will book with him again for sure!! *THE PICTURES DON’T DO THE BEAUTIFUL VIEW JUSTICE*

My kids and I enjoyed our stay at Erika's place. It was a great location, the beach was perfect, the balcony and pool were so nice to have. We enjoyed having a full size fridge and utilized the kitchenette. We will definitely stay again if in the area.

This place was updated, clean and had beautiful views! Plenty of space for our family and our dog. We enjoyed the swing on the balcony and the beautiful ocean views. There are several restaurants within a mile walk and the neighborhood is cute and so pleasant to explore. Perfect getaway!

Ashton's place is my first rental in SSB, having just moved from this area in July '24. This unit is sparkling clean, well decorated and easy to find. The balcony is perfect for relaxing and watching the world go by! Kitchen is fully equipped, as well as the bathroom. So nice to have the stackable washer and dryer too! This is a very comfortable condo and I would recommend to anyone needing this size space on the South side of SSB!

Excellent location. We walked to the boardwalk - about 25 min leisurely walk. Broadway on the beach was a 5 min drive. Many restaurants short drive or walking distance. View was perfect. Small grassy park next to parking lot for dogs. Easy access to beach. Outside pool was pristine. Inside pool, hot tub and lazy river were just ok (need cleaning and updates) but my kids enjoyed them. Enjoyed having coffee counter (served Starbucks) and restaurant (delicious breakfast) on site. Pleasantly surprised soaps, dish soap, etc provided - didn’t need to purchase any extra supplies for our 3 days. Great stay for my fam -including our dog! Clean floors and furniture, direct beach access, condo as described. Extra outlets in bedroom were considerate. The ACs running were a little loud for my liking. The Patricia Grand complex compared to a 3 star hotel in my opinion but was very dog friendly which was my priority for this stay. Thank you for a great option for my whole family!

We were in Myrtle Beach for a work trip but traveling with our sweet pup. The condo was exactly what we needed. Clean and comfortable and convenient. Terrific communication from the host!

Great location, just steps from the beach. Great view of the ocean from the balcony and windows in the unit. We enjoyed our stay.

Maria communicated very timely from the time we booked her condo and to my questions along the way. Very friendly! The condo was clean and well stocked. The balcony was awesome with comfortable chairs to sit in. Oh, and did I mention that she welcomed our English Setter dog with no hesitation? We completely enjoyed our stay and will be back again. 100% recommend!

We really enjoyed the oceanfront location and easy walk to ocean. There was everything we needed for the week. Place was cleaner than the pictures and best dog friendly place I have ever stayed in. Love the restaurant called THE SHACK that had the best seafood and collard greens ever! Thanks we will stay here again.

We had such a wonderful stay at this cozy condo! The space had absolutely everything you could think of to make a beach vacation comfortable—plenty of towels, nice dishes, tons of hooks to hang things (which is such a thoughtful touch!), and super comfy beds. Also The pools were very nice! One pool at this building. The lazy river, kiddie pool, hot tubs are in the building next door. But it was an easy quick walk to that building to use its amenities. What really stood out was how organized and helpful the host was. They provided all the information we could possibly need ahead of time, so we never had to wonder where anything was or how things worked. Check in was a breeze and check out was simple. when we did reach out with a quick question, they responded right away. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. 10/10!

Love this location! The condos offer just the right amount of space for a family! The view is AMAZING. Having a private beach entrance and pool access right on the ground floor makes for an easy and fun filled vacation. I liked having security around to keep non-guests from crowding the space. Did I mention the view is amazing? All the furniture was comfortable and clean, kitchen was stocked to our needs. Master shower is huge and awesome. We loved it and would definitely rent again. Thanks!

This unit is very spacious and nicely decorated. Enough room to gather all together to eat a meal and also sit around and socialize. It was well stocked with beach items such as towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys. It was nice to have the starter items such as 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a roll of paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, a few pods for dishwasher and washing machine, and even little shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom. Margate Tower is nestled in a beautifully landscaped area right on the ocean. The view from the 17th floor is amazing. Lots of restaurants and stores very close by. The owners are very quick to respond to questions or issues. I would highly recommend staying here!

Worked great for our family for a long Easter weekend vacation with our married children and grandchildren. The condo provided easy access to the beach, pool and lazy river. Love the North Myrtle Beach area for its restaurants and local atmosphere. Our host, Forest was quick to respond when we needed anything.

Our stay was very enjoyable. Great for two couples! Beautiful view and ocean sounds! Great beach to enjoy sunrise and long walks. Private balconies off living rooms and bedrooms. Jaclyn was extremely helpful and responsive whenever we reached out with a question. She gave us a wonderful list of restaurants as well as suggestions of things to do. Very clean throughout the property. Plenty of lounge chairs to enjoy the sunshine and sunbath. Cherie and Bob

We enjoyed our stay at the condo very much. Such a great location and the beach was within walking distance. We so appreciated the breakfast groceries! We hope to go back in the future.

Great location! Easy checkin. The double units help with larger groups to stay as we were 7 folks. Definitely would recommend for families. Host was fantastic as for the response timing and making sure everything was accommodated.

Everything was amazing. Christopher is an awesome host. Loved my stay. I was recommended to Christopher for my stay and it was exactly as described by clients aswell as the pictures. Condo was very cleaned. Smelled wonderful. Just about everything we needed was already in Condo, so saved money on that aswell. Loved the veiw. No hassle checking in.
