Cottage holiday rentals in South Carolina

We had such a wonderful time at this house!! We traveled with two toddlers and a baby and felt like the house was very safe for them. They even had the best toys the kids were in love with! Chris communicated constantly and was helpful if anything came up. The back porch was dreamy for hanging once the kids were asleep. Highly recommend to any family!

What a hidden gem! We absolutely loved our short weekend stay in one of the tiny houses! Private yet homey feeling. This park was great with the pool, hot tub, gaming options and the surroundings were so serene. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was super smooth. We are already looking to book another stay soon! Highly recommend!

John got back to me quickly when I had any questions. I could get ahold of him anytime. The place was perfect for our families-enough beds for everyone (8). Plenty of towels and the golf cart was in great shape.

Kathie and Michael were very responsive. We needed a very late check in and they were able to communicate this to the guard at the entrance. This was a trip we needed to make last minute to visit a friend. The villa was very nice and clean. So peaceful.

I enjoyed our stay. The lake is beautiful. Flo has lots of games available for the kids.

Maria’s place was very comfortable and really spotless. She made our dog very welcome too. Easy check in and great communication. We had a really nice stay.

Had the best time at Reah’s amazing lake home. The description of the house is spot on. Perfect location for a getaway or small family retreat. Can’t wait to come back and visit. Mark

Amazing location! House was a described. Beautiful town with lots of charm, restaurants, and shops in walking distance. Had one issue while we were there and Kevin was prompt to send someone to fix the issue. Would love to stay again someday.

We adored the Woodland cottage! It felt like a gnome’s house tucked away in a magical forest. We wanted to stay forever! Michele thought of everything! We are totally amazed at how well outfitted the tiny kitchen was. We are the odd people who love to cook on vacation. We made too rather complicated meals with ease…including sharp knives…a total bonus and happy place for us!🤣 Everywhere you look, you realize every element of decor was chosen with care. Everyone enjoyed how comfortable the beds were. We also appreciated the recommendations in the guidebook. They were spot on! The Carolina Outdoor Adventures kayaking trip through Congaree National Park was a highlight of our trip. We also enjoyed a pre-dinner hike at Peach Tree Preserve. Thanks Michelle for a great stay!!

Ivy cottage is surrounded by -you guessed it-ivy! But also honeysuckle which was in bloom and smelled heavenly. All those vining plants made great hiding places for small animals which the Divine Miss M (my dog) found very interesting. She always had to go into the edges to find them, I was never surprised by one even at night. It is in a great location, close to museums (which are walkable via side streets) Hitchcock Woods (which was full of wildflowers and further good smells for the Divine Miss M) and downtown. Unfortunately there are no sidewalks, so I always took my car to downtown. The interior of the cottage is charming and clean enough I could walk barefoot. Bed was very comfortable and the place has great hot water. I don't know what laundry products they use, but the towels smelled amazing. Try Good Girl Brewing, I had a great smash burger and they have a doggie menu as well.

I loved my stay at this cottage. We had the need for accommodations on short notice and Wanda was so very kind and responsive. Upon arriving at the cottage we were welcomed with such a comforting and inviting feeling it almost reminded me of my childhood home. The place was very clean and well stocked. We loved the space and I look forward to coming back to the area for another stay in the future.

This place is very convenient when staying with a pet. Close to downtown Charleston with easy access to many of the restaurants and tourist areas (10-20 minute drive, depending on traffic) quiet, safe neighborhood, Whole Foods close by. Highly recommend if you are looking for an affordable place that is pet friendly.

All Air BnB owners should visit Kari's rental to learn how it should be done! The house was extremely well-built, tastefully decorated and thoughtfully appointed. The cabin was private, beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed floating around the pond in boats, sitting on the porch and building a fire in the fire pit. Kari was great and the whole experience was amaxing. We travel the world and stay in many rentals - this is by far the best. We will be back!!!

I just fell in love with this lovely cottage, and lotts of deers 🦌 😍, i was able to thank God for all that hes blessed us with thru good and bad,having a peaceful gathering were we came together and fellowship. Everything was great from the snack to welcome after a long drive and nice cold water and a fresh clean home to rest,perfect bathroom,,a perfectly furnished home,2thumds up.greatly appreciate 😊, will share and return 😊.

This was a great place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city for a few days but still close enough to anything you may want to visit. The hosts were very nice people to meet, and our kids loved them as well!

Probably the best stay on AirBNB. House was amazingly stocked which was so helpful for a family of 6! Comfortable beds, beautiful scenery, friendly and kind host! Will for sure be back to visit and stay here again. There is nothing David hasn’t thought of and it sure makes the stay an 11 out of 10! Thank you!

Was visiting family nearby and wanted to find a place close and within reasonable driving distance to other locations. Was pleasantly surprised to find this gem and couldn’t have been happier to have selected it. Quiet, a beautiful area, very relaxing are to visit. The cottage was beautiful, super clean, and had everything we needed. I just hope the next time we are in the area it will be available because we would love to stay again.

we were so happy in Wesley's and Sandra's place. It was so lovely, and the Jamaican vibe was really fun and cute! Everything was perfect, right down to the snacks, drinks, and FRESH eggs in the refrigerator! We had been doing alot of driving and visiting with family- including playing with 5 very active grandchildren- so this lovely home was a perfect place to rest and relax after some very busy days. The setting is rural, so quiet and peaceful. Lovely porch to have coffee in the mornings. I really enjoyed listening to the morning birdsong! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make a dinner for our daughter, SIL, and 2 yr old grandson. BTW, the bob-tailed cat was super friendly. Abbeville has much civil war history and the Thai Spice Kitchen was a great place for dinner! WE definitely recommend this place and will be back!
