Holiday rentals in South Fork

This little gem of Pagosa Springs was the perfect romantic getaway for our Valentine's Day ski trip. Barely 40 minutes from Wolf Creek, we made the first tracks on the snow during a beautiful winter storm. The cabin is surprisingly roomy while maintaining that cozy mountain town vibe. The backyard gave our dog ample space to play frisbee and the neighborhood is extremely friendly and great for walks. Joan gives you everything you need for your stay to feel like you are at home and does a great job at communicating. We really enjoyed her local recommendations like "Rosie's Pizza" and "Coyote Moon". This is a great stay for couples, families, or even single travelers. We can't wait to come back!

Absolutely stunning location right on the San Juan river. You can hear the peaceful running of the water. We were able to walk right out the back door and go fishing. Next to open field with kids playground. Quick to get to restaurants and great part of Pagosa. Beautiful house...we will be back again!

Great house in a great location! Plenty of private space in the house for two couples and a child. Everything we needed for a week stay was there. The two car garage was great to park in! The neighborhood was very quiet. If we plan another trip to Pagosa, we would def stay here again!

Everyone had a great time. I was shocked how close we were to the springs. It was a great combination of quiet and nature while being accessible to any of the needs we'd have in the city. I especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony by the river.

My girlfriend and I stayed for a couple of days and I wished I had booked more this was such a great and cozy air bnb. We loved all the features it came with and the stocked kitchen was very helpful. It’s right next to a lake and the view is very beautiful. It’s in just the right spot and just a short drive away from all the things you can do in town. We would 100% recommend this place if you’re looking for a cozy place in Pagosa.

Brian and Robin were fantastic hosts and the cabin was amazing. the cabin suited outer needs and so much more.

Beautiful home on the lake! Our favorites were the very comfortable beds, the 2 fireplaces and the huge sectional in the living room. Our family of 7 had enough room while still feeling cozy over Christmas. Saw the hot air balloons out the back window every morning. Highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Laura’s place for a few days while visiting the area. We loved the location of her place. It was close to town and the mountain for skiing/snowboarding. It had great views of the lake and was quiet and comfortable. Laura was responsive and provided easy check in/check out instructions. Would definitely stay again
