It's hard to say which is better, the house or the location! Remodeled to the studs in '18, this modern, southwestern home is less than two blocks from Downtown Pagosa (walk to restaurants and the springs) but boasts views out of every window that make you feel like you're out in the wilderness! High-end furnishings (leather couches, Moroccan rugs, top-of-the-line appliances, modern fireplace, steam shower) and attention to detail will greet you at every turn. Call this comfortable downtown house home away from home for your next Pagosa Springs getaway. Enjoy mountain views from the private hot tub or the sunset from the front deck. Located steps away from the San Juan riverwalk, 0.4 miles from The Springs Resort, and one block from Main Street in Historic Downtown. Please note*** there is construction happening all over town. There has been construction on the streets surrounding my home. It’s out of our control but worth noting.
