Monthly Rentals in South Hams District

Such a special, delightful place. The farm, the surroundings, the river, the barn is beautifully appointed and set up. Our 4.5yr old loved it and was very secure here. The communication and info from Nicki was spot on. We really hope to come back, next time for even longer!

Perfect, compact bolthole for the beaches at South Milton / Bantham and also within driving distance of Plymouth for kids activities. Will definitely be back and explore even more of the local area. Thanks again! 😁

We had a beautiful stay here and Caroline was so approachable and friendly. She’s really thought of everything you might need for your short stay and the added extras of bread, eggs and butter was a special touch. Such a special shepherds hut in a truly gorgeous location. We’d definitely happily stay here again.

We loved staying with Nick and the location is unbeatable! Massive space, super comfy bed. We were working from there for a couple of days and the WiFi is excellent despite it being so rural. Only sad thing was we didn’t get to say goodbye to Nick the morning we were leaving to thank him!
