Monthly Rentals in South Tucson

This quaint Tucson home is perfectly located in the lovely Sam Hughes neighborhood, very quiet even though it's not far from the University. Easy walk to groceries, coffee, and restaurants. The space is cozy and the bed and linens very comfortable. All amenities as described, nice fenced outdoor space and outdoor seating. Would gladly stay here again.

Jason and Reagan are great hosts. They literally met me out front when I parked and helped me in, showed me around etc. They recommended a great little spot for dinner my first night. When i had to receive a package there, it was no problem at all. Beautiful space, I wish I could have made more use of the courtyard by having coffee early out there, but I was too busy to do so. All in all, a fantastic stay. Will be back again.

I had stayed at Eric’s place two years ago and found the second time just as pleasant. It’s a cozy space, very peaceful and comfortable, and I was able to get a good amount of writing done. It’s also a very convenient base from which to explore Tucson, super close to downtown, Sixth Avenue, Fourth Avenue, and the university. I’m especially grateful to Eric for his great communication with me throughout the stay and his flexibility allowing me to check in a bit early. Thanks, Eric!

Sarah’s place had everything you could possibly need for a stay in Tucson. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, the bed was comfy and Sarah provided a bunch of snacks which was lovely. Would stay here again!
