Holiday rentals with a fire pit in South Yorkshire

Rosie and Adam's place was ideal for our first family holiday with our adult children and their partners. It was a great space to relax in with the pool table, table tennis and darts board; a good sized kitchen and lounge area were great for cooking and relaxing. Rosie and Adam were great communicators and were on hand for advice on local pubs & restaurants. A brilliant stay, thank you Rosie and Adam

Lovely cottage in woods and river / very quiet - great log fire ! Parking and very responsive to questions- will use again when in area ! Bigger kitchen paper towel in kitchen- grab bar in bath - bath towels need to be bigger ! and heating needs to be on before guests arrive as was cold on entering but soon warmed up quickly - just helpful hints for S and J as they asked for suggestions

We had a lovely week relaxing in this beautiful part of the world. The house was perfect for our group of 8 adults - with large comfortable bedrooms and plenty of living space to relax together, be that in the kitchen and dining areas or curled up by the fire in the winter evenings. The nearby village was walkable and had plenty of great options for food and drink, with the local ice cream farm an added bonus on route! Sarah was extremely helpful in providing local recommendations and responded promptly to any issues that arose. We would happily return.

Have now stayed here a couple of times, with and without bringing bikes. Plenty of gravel or MTB type riding from the door (see routes on the likes of bikepacking com or komoot) and also plenty of walks from the door. It's a cosy space with lots of history in biking and now running and a great base for hanging out with mates and accessing the Peaks.

Had a delightful stay at Laura's property. It was exactly as described. The location was excellent with a 5 minute walk to transport for the city centre, a beautiful park close by and a shopping centre at the end of the road. The host communicated at all times very promptly. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for comfortable accommodation in Sheffield.

This was an excellent location for us to visit family and friends before Christmas. The house was brilliant for our needs. Plenty of space for us all, including a toddler and dog. Brilliant to find such an amazing house that was very dog friendly. Even though I was late in telling Simon about taking a dog, there was a bowl of water, dog blankets and a torch in the utility room. It was also brilliant to be able to access the Sculpture Park free of charge straight from the dog proof garden. Great for long on lead dog walks. This is Simon's home so unlike many Airbnb properties it has some personal features. I did smile when I opened his 'man draw' in the kitchen 😂. The house was very clean, comfortable and spacious. We would love to stay there again.

This was a beautiful place to stay in a stunning part of the world, even in the rain.

Great stopover point for M1, A1M, M18 routes. Easy access to Peak District, Dales, etc. extremely helpful host

really difficult to find somewhere in this part of Sheffield and we were delighted that this rental was so convenient, had free parking, and a really good kitchen and facilities. Would definitely try and stay there again. Very helpful hosts and extremely easy to find and use everything.

Meghan's property was lovely, and exactly what we needed. Was nice to be able to sit out in the garden and enjoy the weather when not out and about. Was located in a very quiet location and would definitely stay again if we came back!

Fiona was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nicely decorated and the area was quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was nice and clean and I appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee

We stayed before while visiting daughter at uni as only 10 minutes drive to Ranmoor. There is free parking. The kitchen is well equipped to make dinner so our daughter could come for dinner and with spacious sitting room to relax we could spend lovely time with her.

We were wanting a quiet and relaxing escape from our busy lives and that is exactly what we got!! The tone of the weekend was set by walking in and the fire going, music playing, the hot tub on and a thoughtful welcome basket in the fridge. Everything was perfect. We rely heavily on reviews when booking places to visit and the previous reviews match our experience. We’ve already booked to go back. 10/10. You won’t regret booking :)

Great little bolt hole for a night away, peaceful, quiet and plenty of on street parking available. The addition of a shared kitchen annexe next door if required too! Great communication with the renter and a funky little cabin!
