Monthly Rentals in Spinnaker Island

The New Coastal Home was awesome. Actually felt like home. It was spacious, exceptionally clean and in a great location. The one block walk to the beach to see the sunrise was fabulous. Can’t wait to go back for a spring/summer stay!!!

Excellent experience. Easy check in and the place was perfect, she even had some snacks waiting for us upon arrival. Easy walk to the ferry into Boston, and easy parking. It was winter, but there were plenty of outdoor activities so we'd love to come back during the summer. Older house but so charming and great location. Overall great communication before, during, and after; she even offered to ship a shoe my niece left behind to us. Would love to come back and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a great place in Hull.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was super friendly and responsive, making the experience even better. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

It’s so refreshing to stay at an air bnb that doesn’t have a million house rules or check out requests. They give you the basics and expect respectful clean up and behavior - easily done. The location is great for beach goers without the congestion of “downtown” Hull. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed and more.
