Apartment holiday rentals in St Andrews

Our hostess was Amanda, and she had asked if we were to be there for a special event. I said it was our 60th wedding anniversary. We were met with a splendid bouquet of flowers, and a bottle of wine. Quite unexpected, but very much appreciated. The situation is perfect, so is the flat. We visited the theatre and the cinema. The indie cinema is really good, comfy and spotless, with a lovely cafe etc. The theatre is a lovely place too, again with a friendly cafe and bar.

This is our second stay at Walkers Neuk. Property is very comfortable and, importantly, is accurately described. Communication from Sam first class. I have no problem recommending.

Stunning apartment! Lots of space. Lovely extra touches like White Company toiletries and a bottle of Prosecco. Communication excellent. Fabulous location, would definitely go back.

Fawaz was an excellent host, during a difficult time for my family. He was respectful and compassionate, and offered support and help on multiple occasions. This was the nicest airbnb we have ever stayed in. The flat is perfect - it’s nicely furnished, with lots of space. The view from the front windows is stunning. Everything you need is on the doorstep - shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. We had our dog with us - it was perfect for him with a beach 30 seconds walk away & some incredible walks in the area. Loved it & will be back.

We had such a great Xmas week staying at Vijay’s! The flat is in the perfect location to visit Edinburgh and the area called Kingdom of Fife, in fact during our stay we visited Edinburgh several times (we always drove as services might have been reduced over the festive period, yet Dunfermline train station seemed very close from home) but we also got a chance to see Loch Lomond, the whole coast up to St Andrew and Loch Leven (this last one only 20 mins drive with a lovely walk that circles the whole lake if one has time to do it all). It was spotless and toasty when we arrived and we were greeted by an unexpected Xmas tree which we really appreciated! The kitchen is fully furnished allowing us to cook a big Xmas meal as if in our own home; the rooms are extremely spacious; the sofa bed is super easy to open and there is still lots of space left even if not closed. We always found parking for our rented car just under our bedroom window and the neighbourhood felt safe and quiet!

The most incredible hidden gem in St Andrews! I was blown away as I walked into this apartment. It was like a home away from home - elegantly furnished and dec’d out, smelt incredible, pristine, so much space, and super modern which made it comfortable to live in. I would recommend this property to anyone (although perhaps not to those with mobility issues as it is up two flights of stairs!), and if I visit again, I will be staying here!

Caroline’s place was incredible. We had such a wonderful family Christmas and the area is wonderful. The view from her apartment is incredible. We would any any time go back again.

Fabulous apartment - everything finished to such high spec and everything has been thought of. Extremely clean and pristine and very well equipped. We all loved the spa facilities and very comfortable beds. Very centrally located, walking distance to Perth centre and some nice restaurants. Lawrence was a fantastic, responsive and accommodating host. We would definitely come back. Thanks for a brilliant stay :-)

Great apartment. It's located a short 5 min walk to the main town, and only a 8 min walk to the Old Course. The apartment is very spacious, with high ceilings; light and bright. Each room can be made up as a double bed, or 2 single beds. There is even a pullout couch in the main living room if needed. Gary provided some tea, coffee, sugar, and a few other items in the pantry if you were going to cook. There is everything you'd need kitchen wise; plenty of plates, bowls, and utensils. I highly recommend this rental if you are headed to St. Andrews. I hope to be back to the area again, and I'll definitely be booking this apartment again.

Solid base for exploring Perth. Down the road from Cullach Brewing (great beers and decent pizza). 5-10 mins walk from the centre / Tay river / train station. Quiet area.

Nicola met me at the flat for check in. She showed me around the space and how to operate some utilities, if we needed them. She is very friendly, informative, and responsive. It has a nice inviting feel. Full kitchen with under counter sized refrigerator and freezer. Everything was ready for was to stay several days. I hope this place is available for my next visit!

Absolutely amazing apartment. Old/historic building but modernised and finished beautifully. We were a party of 7 and the apartment was plenty big enough for us. Garry was extremely helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend to anyone and am sure we will be back. Thanks Garry 😊

Had a great stay at Smeaton's View. This may have been the 6th time staying in the flat! As always it was extremely clean and tidy. It is in such a convenient location to enjoy Perth and surrounding countryside. Jamie is a treasure and always very helpful and responsive. We'll be back!

We had a great stay at Matt’s place, we booked as a last minute getaway as we love the Fife coast. Matt’s place stood out as it had all the amenities we would need and in a great location! Matt kept in constant communication with me regarding the booking and even allowed us to check in super early which was great and suited our plans, it gave us time to explore the caves along the coast! The moment we walked in, we felt welcome and like it was a home away from home! I would highly recommend staying here whether it’s for one night or more, we will definitely return!

Really lovely accommodation. Immaculately clean and lovely decor. Thought of most things to make it home from home. Great location for exploring the local area and wonderful views from the living room. Would definitely rebook this place!

Nice hidden gem in the middle of the town centre. beautiful place and had everything of need.

Appartment is close to amenities. Right next to a lovely river walk. It is fab that you get use of the swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room at angus hotel. Accommodation has space which is great when you have two dogs. Feel at home in this appartment.

Good place to stay and good guest. We'll definitely come back.
