Monthly Rentals in Staten Island

From the beginning, Bianca was very accommodating to my situation. I booked a family get-together in NYC and another location canceled on me last minute. Bianca was more than willing to make anything work for us. She was always available and if we needed anything she was there. I liked staying here because it was close to my family's home which made transportation extremely easy and short. Especially when you are traveling with 2 kids and a lot of people. I definitely would recommend and stay here again as I said Bianca is wonderful and always on stand by! 10/10 😉

Place was roomy and clean. The view was beautiful and the area very peaceful . Great stay and would recommend it to everyone! Host was responsive and attentive!

We are a family of 7, 5 adults and 2 kids. We stayed for 45 days and the house fit us and we adapted quickly. The neighbourhood was peaceful and quite. Marina was very communicative and responded quickly. If we ever planned on going in a New York trip again, we would definitely choose this house again. Thanks again and again to the hosts of the house.

Great place to explore Staten Island and easy access to the ferry to Manhattan. One of the few places in the area offering a full size apartment with all the amenities included. Mary is super responsive, helpful and accommodating, we felt like at home since the first moment. Absolutely recommended place!
