What an absolutely gorgeous place to stay, right in the heart of howarh, the apartment was more than i expected, pristine condition, fully equipped, and Rachel was a fantastic host, she went above and beyond to make our weekend break a very special one, i will be recommending this gem of a place to my friend's and family, and will certainly being booking again, THANK YOU SO MUCH RACHEL.

A very beautiful home away from home. Stayed two nights between Christmas and New Year and soakedup the peace and quiet. Everything about the place has been meticulously thought through. Would have happily stayed longer. And of course, each review says the same thing because it's true... the bread, eggs, jam and cake were delicious! Thank you for having us to stay in your cosy little workshop space!

Great little studio in a quiet location just 2 miles from Skipton. Has everything needed for a few days away. Flexible arrival and helpful hosts. Ideal base for visiting Skipton, Ilkley, Haworth etc. Can walk into Skipton along the canal path (leave the car at the studio or park at the bottom of the road in the free car park on the canal). The Writers House is a lovely house, that is a great space for a family. The house has all that you think you might need, a place to switch off and enjoy time with each other. Parking is on a tight street but had no problems the entire 3 days we were there. we will definitely be back
