Monthly Rentals in Șumugiu

What I can say about this place to stay is that it's well worth it. My honest opinion is that it has a fair price, even affordable for what it offers. Conditions at current standards, from cleanliness, to the security and safety of the entire building, to the responsiveness of the staff of those who have subordinated to the property. Very good location, positioning within the perfect building, with a wonderful view. The fact that there is a terrace on the roof of the block is a huge plus. The sunsets are wonderfully seen both from the balcony of the apartment and from the terrace on the roof of the block. The mall is 10 minutes away by foot, the bus/tranvai station the same. Likewise, by car, to Baile Felix, as well as to the center of Oradea, in fact, the area is very quiet. What I can say with confidence is that I recommend this location to any people want to spend a few days in Oradea and/or circumstances.

A very nice and clean little house. The Jaccuzi was already heated when I arrived. The location is quiet. Note 10!
