Monthly Rentals in Sunderland Bridge

Thank you for a great stay. Neil was very always on hand if we needed to ask any questions. We had a good stay. The flat is very nice and has everything you need for a comfortable visit. We did have an issue with the washing machine but Neil has promised to look into that.

Fantastic self-contained studio. Extremely comfortable bed. Everything we needed in kitchen. Effective shower. Views over the Wear Valley with fantastic afternoon/evening light and sunsets from bedroom at back of the house. Handy for trips into Durham on foot or by bus. Durham retail park across the road to the front - not pretty but almost every kind of shopping and a PureGym right on the doorstep. And once inside you can’t hear traffic or street noises. V handy location. Katharine and Richard excellent hosts - friendly and welcoming. All that plus Lovely Dogs (in their own space) and access to a grand piano!

I thought this place looked too good to be true; a real haven right on the doorstep of Durham centre. It was exactly as the photos would have you believe; spacious, tastefully finished with great views for a restful stay. The bath was a particular plus point! Paula was a wonderful host, communicative, kind and extremely welcoming. I would definitely stay again and also recommend to anyone who is visiting.

The whole place was so clean, tidy, comfortable and as described. Ian was great and made me feel very welcome without encroaching. My dog was also made very welcome and enjoyed the dog biscuits left. There was lots of room and the WiFi was great so I could work from the flat too. Amazing space to relax but feel comfortable.
