Monthly Rentals in Sunderland Bridge

My stay was very good and I intend to go back. Very clean, good location e worth the price. My only complaint is that was no oil and salt as described in the announcement. But there was sugar and milk. Nothing big at all, but these things would have hepled me to cook my own dishes.

Very nice, cosy place, very clean, very helpful hosts, replies straight away, both nick and Gemma are very friendly down-to-earth people who seem they would do anything to help you out if issue arose Well equipped, tv, microwave, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, clean sheets and towels, everything you would wish for while away from home, even off road parking too. Overall this is one of the better places I have stayed in in all my time contracting and working away Thanks guys

Had a great stay! Everything is walkable to the sights in Durham and the proximity to shopping for necessities is perfect.

We only stayed for one night but it was lovely and quiet and relaxing property. Easy to check in and everything was as described. Bed was really comfortable and property had everything you could need. The view from the patio doors was lovely even though it was winter when we stayed. So would be even better in the the summer. Pamela was very friendly and left us exact check in instructions and also lovely bread, milk, butter jam. It was lovely and warm and cosy and we would definitely stay again.
