Monthly Rentals in Swansea

Simply the fact that we have returned time and again to stay with Matt is testimony in and of itself to our appreciation of his space and hospitality. His well-lit apartment is peaceful and conducive to relaxation, and the bed and shower are superb. . His responsiveness is unparalleled, and when we arrived to encounter a minor heating issue, he was literally there with a plumber within the hour to resolve it. We tried to book another return even before checking out, but some other lucky guests beat us to it…. Grazie mille sempre.

This was our second stay at Allison's place and it was great. The location is perfect for exploring the east bay area, along with Providence and Newport, even Boston. Restaurants and coffee shops within a very short walking distance and the offstreet parking was great to have. The loft apartment is homey and well appointed.

Dawn's place was perfect for a quick trip from NJ to visit my new nephew! I got a little work done on Thursday and Friday and could quickly drive over to visit the baby in Bristol. Dawn's instructions were clear and easy to follow. Definitely a great spot for a single remote worker or a couple looking to be out and about in RI! Thanks for everything, Dawn!!

great little spot. I have stayed here a few times during the summer with my friend but decided to go away for a long weekend this winter. just as comfortable, cozy and peaceful as ever. great location. i love how it’s within walking distance to the beach. and right down the street from multiple local restaurants and shops. Jen makes sure you feel right at home. highly recommend !
