Monthly Rentals in Sydenham

A very spacious and cozy apartment. Room was big and has sufficient storage. Allan was very responsive when the wifi had slight hiccups-he made a trip to the apartment personally. Thank you very much! Apartment is within walking distance - about 25m only. Although it is located in front of the train station, it was relatively quiet for a light sleeper. There are plenty of restaurants if you walk down to the main road. Allan was kind to allow a late checkout. Thank you very much Allan

Mark was a great host! He responded quickly when we needed anything and had plenty of recommendations. The place was immaculate and had everything we needed. Really convenient location, only a 5 min walk to the train station. The bed was really comfortable and the place was really clean. Would highly recommend!

Katerina's place was just as described and as per the photos. We had a great stay, it was perfect for our family (3 adults & 1 dog). It was great having a little back yard and we even enjoyed watching the planes come in to land!! Nice bowl of apples on arrival and lots of spices and pepper, oil etc available for use in the pantry. Katerina has styled her place so perfectly and has a huge bathroom with a large bath I unfortunately didn't have time to use. Both bedrooms all have plenty of storage. We really enjoyed our little get away to Katerina's during our home renovation. Highly recommend Katerina's home for your stay!

It was very convenient for us as our son lives 700 meters up the road. He has a full house otherwise we would have stayed with him. For anyone wanting to be close to Marrickville, this is the place. Matt and Alex's communication, instructions, hint's were spot on. Everything in the studio was perfect. A Michelin chef would be proud of the little kitchen with everything you need and more. Very comfortable bed.Spotless presentation. Very close to all forms of transportation. 10 minutes to the city on the fabulous Metro. Highly recommended.
