Villa holiday rentals in Syracuse

Our family of 5 adults thoroughly enjoyed Emanuel’s house. Luana met us and helped us house information. The house was spacious and we had plenty of room. The area surrounding the house is amazingly beautiful. We didn’t use the work out room or sauna, but appreciate it being available. The kitchen is well equipped.

All very good. The house is awesome to have a nice time. A lot of turnaround. Very good for children. I liked the large outdoor kitchen the most. The proximity to Fonte Biance beach is also brilliant. All in all, you can spend perfect holidays in this house.

The house is in the middle of a beautiful orchard. It is quiet, and the terrace is large and comfortable. With an outdoor shower. Within walking distance of the sea, along the boulevard. With more secluded beaches down the coast, so beautiful! Santo gave us tips for nice and good restaurants around. We had a top week!

Absolutely incredible home - even better than in the pictures. Unforgettable vacation! Great for families. Cannot recommend enough. Hosts and organizers were very kind. Strong aircon and cool pool to shield from Sicilian heat.

Having used Airbnb for many years now, this was by far one of the best experiences we ever had. The location was perfect, within an easy drive to many of the area areas most beautiful venues. The house was clean, comfortable, and fit our family of three perfectly. Our 2 year old daughter loved wandering around the huge garden, the scenery was gorgeous and balcony so comfortable to chill in the sunny days. But above all, what made this day unforgettable was the hospitality of Giulia, Tiziana and Francesco. We do not remember when we ever felt so welcomed and loved, their hospitality was incredibly generous, taking care of every detail, including preparing meals for us and inviting us to a wonderful Easter lunch. We will forever cherish this memory and could not recommend this place enough to other guests.

What an amazing place and fantastic hosts. Incredibly helpful and responsive. Flavia and Sebastiano made us feel very welcome and at home. Responding very quickly to questions and queries we had. The place is exactly like the pictures - with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highlights of the area was the beach and the pizza place. Place is a bit difficult to find as the airbnb app sends you to a different location than where it actually is. Double confirm with the host to get the right location. Lots of space. Rooms were kept well. The on site person was fun and helpful. Some of the outside furniture and umbrellas etc need replacing as there are falling apart, This is the only real criticism I have. The kitchen is fantastic for cooking for a large group like us! Plenty of communal places to sit inside and outside to eat and talk. Thanks Martina for the flexible check in and check out times! You made our weekend extra special!

We had a family vacation and everything was really nice , the host met us and welcomed us , the house is full of everything you may need and if there is any issue at all Corrado comes within minutes to solve it . It’s a quiet area and the pool is Amazing We spent the most smacking time at a fish restaurant in Avola and took day trips . The people are very nice , if you are looking for a very nice vacation and wonderful host , you’ve arrived !

Noto to be missed. The house was recently built & has been constructed & furnished to a 5 star hotel standard. The setting is also perfect, very peaceful with a beautiful view over olive groves & out to the ocean yet only 10mins drive to Noto As you might expect with a brand new property there were some teething problems but these were quickly rectified by the team. Roberto the owner was a pleasure to deal with and owning several properties in the area has assembled a great team to look after them. Lucky the property manager and Sonia who both cleaned and did some cooking for us were both lovely and very helpful as was Daniel who drove us out to restaurants. Highly recommend having Sonia cook for you. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here but would note if planning to work from here the WiFi is through a wireless router and as such speeds vary significantly during the day. Also the pool is unheated so by mid-Sept was too cold for our baby but refreshing for the grown ups.

What a wonderful property, it was paradise. We loved picking fresh fruit and vegetables from the gardens, we enjoyed the chickens, geese and donkey. The property is set in beautiful gardens, with a sparkling clean swimming pool. The beach is a short walk away, where you will find a variety of places to eat and drink. Five minutes away is a well stocked shop. Gio was a fantastic host, who was available 24/7 for any problems, his local knowledge was very useful and he proudly showed us around his wonderfully kept gardens. We particularly enjoyed picking bananas every morning. Thank you so much Gio, we hope to return to paradise near the sea.

Beautiful, peaceful villa situated amongst the lemon groves, within five minutes drive of Noto. We had a wonderful stay here and will definitely visit again in the future. Ivan and Dino were great hosts. Super helpful and friendly. Highly recommended on all fronts. Thank you x

Our stay at Katia's home was one of the most beautiful and memorable experiences for our family. Katia was extremely helpful and provided us with recommendations for everything you can think of. The local team were so kind and helpful - their welcome was warm and inviting and they were quick to respond to us, making our stay easy and relaxing. The house is so thoughtfully decorated and appointed with every amenity one could need. The close proximity to Noto and nearby beaches was excellent. We thank Katia and everyone for a wonderful stay in Sicily! It was a magical stay for our family and one which will definitely bring us back.

It’s a beautiful, modern villa with an infinity pool and gorgeous terrace, 10 minutes by car from Siracusa. You most definitely need your own transport but if you do, it’s easy to find restaurants etc that are a short car drive away. Would recommend Cava Grande, which is about 45 minutes away (Carrubella hike) and the beautiful nature reserve on the Southern coast. Definitely worth the trip to Mount Etna as well (a couple of hours in the car)

Very nice, calm place. Noto is near (by car) with great restaurants. Communication with Simone and the team on-site (thank you, Corrado) was top.

A wonderful, tasteful and spacious house with a spectacular garden with almond and olive trees, a little swimming pool and views of the sea 10 minutes from the beautiful city of Noto and 10 minutes from the beach (by car). And, not to forget, Teresa, the super friendly and helpful host. We, that’s two families (8 in total, 4 adults and 4 kids/babies), loved every second of it. Mille grazie 🙏

We stayed here as a family for a week. The place is very nice and well maintained. In particular, the large garden where you always have the choice between sun and shade is great. The accommodation itself has everything you need including coffee and breakfast snacks. By car, supermarkets and restaurants are quickly accessible and the old town of Syracuse is only 15 minutes away. Silvia is very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the tranquility.

We had a wonderful few days at Sofia’s. The pool and surrounding area were perfect for relaxing, with plenty of seating spots to unwind. We really appreciated the outdoor space which offered a great area to eat and chill. The grounds were lovely, and we enjoyed the company of the cute & friendly dogs. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and Sofia was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great local recommendations. Sofia’s is just a 10-minute walk to a nearby beach and a short 5-minute drive to other beaches and supermarkets. We would definitely recommend!

great location, close to the touristy bits but far enough out that it was quiet. lots of good local restaurants that were 1/4 of the prices on ortigia. it was very helpful that there was a good supply of basics in the apartment too like soaps/laundry detergent etc. pool was a bit cold but had a swim anyway

The villa is in a very nice area with a wonderful garden and fruits in it. Everything is easily accessible with a car. The villa is set up simply, but everything you need is there, and with such a view in the backyard, nothing else and you don't want it. Just settle for a regular guest for a cat who constantly wants to eat something:) Salvatore was prompt in communication and answered any questions we had.

What an amazing week we have had staying with our friends in this beautiful place. Corrado and Spielo the dog could not have welcomed us more. Corrado gave us plenty of great recommendations and answered any question we had very quickly. The setting and gardens are incredible and we were very grateful of being able to use the lemons growing in the garden. It was so peaceful and the sunrises are definitely worth getting up early for. The pool was amazing and it was netted daily through the stay which was a nice touch. Corrado left us a lovely welcome package of local bits and dropped in some delicious local canoli during the week. We were all very sad to leave!

This place is a real retreat in a farming area close to the historical center of Noto. We loved having meals at the house and still being close enough to the city to explore the sights.

We loved our stay at Casa Carrubo, it was perfect for us and our baby. The apartment is very spacious, stylish, clean and comfortable. The pool and gardens are beautiful too. Alberto was very helpful in providing excellent recommendations for the local area. It's a great place to stay to visit Ortigia. The beach, a short walk from the villa, is incredible too. We would love to come back!

Guiseppe was probably the best host we have ever been to . He is super friendly , flexible and gave us priceless recommendations for the surroundings and local restaurants. He even send us the perfect parking spots for sightseeing!!! His enchanting Mum was living next door, which was a plus for quick questions. Highly recommend the place.
