Monthly Rentals in Taipei

This is on behalf of Regine because I’m afraid I couldn’t come: Great stay, cannot recommend it enough! Ting and Weng went over and beyond to make sure I had a great time - from Ting’s super-helpful welcome booklet titled helpful labeling/translation in the flat (e.g. for the washing mashing) to Taipei recos. Good location and super-friendly hosts!

It was the first time we booked an Airbnb place for one month. We are happy that we booked this studio apartment. The place is located in a quiet neighborhood, but is also near the major busy streets and public transportation options such as MRT and bus stations. We didn’t need a car parking space but it is available. The host is friendly, courteous and responsive to our needs. The place is clean and accurately described. The cost of reasonable and the host was very accommodating to our travel schedules. If given the opportunity to come back, we would book it again.

This place is very good. Clean and safe, and also has all facilities. Restaurants and convenience stores are also nearby. MRT is not far to walk. Grace takes good care of us, replies massages so quickly. I would recommend everyone to stay at Grace’s place.

I stayed at Maggie’s place for almost two months. She is very friendly and accommodating my timeframe for check-in and check-out. From what I know about Taipei, you really can’t find more convenient location than this apartment. The MRT station is literally downstairs. There is a big supermarket at corner and many food places nearby. The apartment equipped with a small kitchen and washing machine which is good for long stay. The building has garbage collection service so you can take trash out 24/7. I also like that the bathroom is wet/dry separation. There was a small issue in the kitchen during my stay. Maggie responded immediately and sent the professional in the next day to take care of it. I recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to travel to Taiwan.
