This property exceeded expectations and was a lot more spacious than the pictures appeared to be. The most beautiful landscape and view. Trudi was very attentive and understanding when it came to asking for a later check out and the occasional questions about the property. Would definitely recommend!

We had a fabulous stay! The home is well appointed with tranquil views and gardens. It is approx. 10 minutes from Raglan's village. So you can pop and enjoy local cafes and explore the shops. It also is close to Bridal Falls which was stunning! Or you can go a bit further an explore the stunning beaches! We hope to stay again as it worked so well for us as a family. We could not have ranked for a better place to stay while visiting the area. Gorgeous views, a wonderful house, and fantastic hosts. Perfectly situated between Waitomo, Hobbiton, and Rotorua, and situated in wonderful Arapuni. Be sure to eat breakfast at the Rhubarb Cafe!

This was the first property we encountered in our travels to different countries like Karen's. She is the perfect host, and her Airbnb wasn't an investment property but a home she put thought and presentation into. Everything that you would want in an Abnb was available. My wife, who is a homemaker, said, "Karen has everything I would want in such a property." This was high praise because we walk through every property we stay at and find things we had to take pictures of or things we had to make a note of. This was not the case with Karen's home. It's immaculate and well stocked, and on the last day, as we were checking out, my wife yelled from the bathroom, "They even have toothbrushes and paste." You will not be disappointed if you stay here, and on our return trip to N.Z/Hamilton, this will be the place we rent. It has many amenities and a good yard for the kids. Thanks, Karen and Nick, for having us. We love your hospitality and beautiful home. Look to staying with you again.

I absolutely recommend Vindya's place. This villa is the perfect combination between modern and classic. It is in a very private location with a great view of the river below. My whole family had a great time there and especially the young ones (they do have a play room hidden inside the master bedroom upstair, which is perfect!). There was just a few minor things that might need some attention, but Vindya was incredibly helpful and understanding. 5/5 for both the place and the experience!

This is a gorgeous place in a country setting with a remarkable outdoor lounge/dining, fireplace, BBQ, and pool. The interior is also spectacular. Kaaren and Tim are the loveliest and most accommodating hosts, who responded to all our requests and went out of their way to make us welcome and comfortable. They were also extremely attentive to our privacy. The home is scrupulously clean, quiet, with lovely baths and comfortable beds. This was a paradise to come home to and relax after our conference.

Gaewyn’s place was kept beautifully inside and out! They are both lovely people to stay around and chat withand had the additional bonus of Miles (dog) who was always there to greet us when we returned home. Would definitely recommend and stay again if I can back to New Zealand ☺️

Carol-Ann was a wonderful host to me and my partner. The property is beautiful, lovely gardens and super cool house. We felt very welcome there and made great friends with her cat. There is also a nice view of the hills from the house, Maungatautari etc. Very close to cambridge, and all its cafes, and Carol-Ann prepared us breakfast every morning with her home made bread. Thank you Carol-Ann for a wonderful stay!

We had a huge week looking after a school group while staying at Jacqui's place and the only negative was that we could not spend more time at her place around the pool or enjoying the incredible grounds

Absolutely perfect! Beautiful gardens. So private and peaceful. Perfect for our group of 8. Graeme and Jenny were so kind and responsive. Loved it!

Really beautiful place to stay, quite close to Hobbiton and Matamata. Nice distance from other houses if you're looking for a more private location. Caren is lovely and really responsive.
