had a lovely quick stay here to break up the long road trip we were on. Kids loved the pool and the location is an easy drive to everywhere in Hamilton. Beds were super comfy! recommended!

Beautiful big home. Our u14 boys touch team thought they were the bee's knees turning up to see the house. The swimming pool was great! Amazing big kitchen. 4 bathrooms throughout the house and a 5th toilet. Lots of beds, heaps of areas to chill out in, inside & out. Just Beautiful!!

Great place to stay with a big group of people. Lots of room in the house. Great parking and easy for Uber ride everywhere. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Alexandra’s home was nothing short of perfect. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen amenities were fantastic. Everything was well labeled and it felt like staying at a wonderful friend’s house. I wish we could have stayed longer and hope to return again.

Mary-Ellen's place was wonderful! The place was in a very nice and quiet neighborhood, very close to the town centre. The house itself was extremely nice and cosy. We stayed there for 3 nights and enjoyed every minute of it! Would highly recommend Mary-Ellen's place if you're in town visiting!

Perfect location for where we needed to be. Very walkable 10 minute walk to town. There is a dairy a 1 minute walk across the road. Could get very hot in summer as no A/C in bedrooms, however we were comfortable enough at night and just used the A/C in lounge during the day.

We stayed at CiCi while my son was having surgery at Waikato hospital. It was a practical space and meant I was able to have family nearby supporting us. Will definitely use again for future hospital admissions.

Wonderful comfortable and relaxing place to stay with amazing views. Very good location to get to Rotorua, Hamilton and Matamata with easy drives or just staying put. Will definitely look a spending another holiday there.

This is such a beautifully appointed, spacious modern home. Great for small group or families. Open plan lounge / dining with a separate media room caters for everyone. It’s a perfect location to access Hobbiton. Nicole is a very supportive and considerate host. 5+stars all around.

Great convenient place to stay. Our son was getting married at The Hobbiton set and this house is less than 5 mins away. Well stocked facilities with plenty of room Briony provided breakfast eats, was extremely friendly and excellent timely communication. Also enjoyed engagement with the cats, their dog and the chooks. Beautiful peaceful surroundings.

We could not have ranked for a better place to stay while visiting the area. Gorgeous views, a wonderful house, and fantastic hosts. Perfectly situated between Waitomo, Hobbiton, and Rotorua, and situated in wonderful Arapuni. Be sure to eat breakfast at the Rhubarb Cafe!
