Monthly Rentals in Tamarindo

This place is a hidden gem. It is only a couple minutes walk from to the beach and It has security guards at the entrance to the parking area. The living quarters are exactly as described. This is the perfect location for one or two people to visit on a budget and stay in a very expensive area for a very reasonable price. Also. the added bonus of access to a very nice pool was much appreciated.

Everything was great at Tamarindo Garden Boutique. The only shortfall was the AC. It can take a while for the bedrooms to cool down, (to save energy guests are requested to turn off all AC when not in the unit, which is a good thing—so the trick was to keep the ceiling fans going when not indoors). The other minor issue was that the ceiling fans can be loud and make a clicking sound. We had to turn ours off at night as we are light sleepers. There is no AC in the living room/kitchen areas and sometimes it can be hotter and stuffier indoors than it was outside. Despite these minor issues, overall, the stay was great and the host, Lidia was amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment. Has everything that is required for a comfortable stay on the beach. The complex in which it is located has two entrances: one of them, gives a place very close to the center of Tamarindo (about 6 minutes walk) where one has easy access to a supermarket (Vindi), bars and a rich and cheap pizzeria. The other faces a further street, where you can leave the carts quietly.

My stay on this Airbnb exceeded all expectations. From the first moment, communication with the host was clear, fast and very friendly. The place was impeccably clean, well equipped, and with details that make the difference: good lighting, comfortable bed, stable Wi-Fi, and a kitchen with everything you need. The location is strategic: safe, quiet and with quick access to supermarkets, restaurants and local attractions. Ideal for both lounging and exploring. I would definitely come back. I highly recommend it to those looking for comfort, good taste and a smooth experience.
