The property is perfect for observing close up the traditional activity on the waterways of the Mekong, and for us was so much better than being removed from this sort of experience by being closeted within a Western style hotel, which are usually frequented more by just tourists or business people.

A very welcoming and above all very kind host, she booked us the bus to come to her home so very easy to access and also for our return . She offered us a boat trip on the Mekong River where we were able to eat fresh fruit in the morning . And we were able to see local crafts.Super moment . She was always there and met our expectations. The next day she made us a very good cooking workshop! I recommend Thy without a second thought!

When we arrived, there was plenty of fruit and many different foods that were available for free. We had the chance to take cheap soft drinks and beer from the fridge and were able to pay for it in the end. We received a bottle of red wine as a gift. In addition, the place was significantly larger and versatile(more than expected), we had a large JBL music box and the like. All in all, it was a great stay and the price made up for those who want to relax and shop at local markets is right here. Thank you very much!

Very nice accommodation, I can certainly recommend you to stay there! The room was clean and spacious, WiFi worked well. There is a common kitchen that I used often. The location is a bit far away from the city centre of course but it can reached by walking (around 25-30 minutes) or you can rent a scooter from the hosts or take a bicycle. Nearby there are people selling eggs, vegetables, meat and there are family restaurants as well. Plus in the homestay they offer some food too and there are various item on the menu including some vegetarian options. The hosts were very very helpful - they replied immediately to any question that I had and resolved all issues. Plus they organised a ride to My Tho for me for a reasonable price. The only downside which is not really related to the accommodation is that right across the road there is a store where they sell sound systems and I was unlucky to listen to extremely loud karaoke one evening and one morning he turned on disco music at 6.30am
