Wonderful stay! The apartment is clean and has everything you need. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. It's a 15min walk to the metro and very easy to get to the city center from there!

Carlo is a great host and is available to help at any moment. The apartment is like the photos, is clean, and has all the utilities needed for a stay.

We've loved to stay in Barbara's apartment. It was very clean and tidy, with everything we needed and more. Comfy beds, clean sheets and towels, amazing shower, kitchen very well equipped. It's location is great, 10 minutes to Ciampino airport by bus, and just a 5 minutes walk to a 24/7 supermarket and to the train station. It just takes 15 minutes to get to Rome central station. Barbara is very gentle, kind, helpful and responded quickly to the Airbnb chat messages. Due to a delayed flight arrival, she even offered to pick us up at the airport, which we really appreciated. We strongly recommend her as a host and and will definitely stay in her apartment next time.

Rosana seemed to be an acquaintance for years, very confident and gave us information maybe for the next visits since we stayed on New Year's Eve and everything was rightly closed... a few kilometers away is the magicland amusement park... she also made us find a beautiful bottle of sparkling red wine from home that unfortunately we forgot... 😂I highly recommend it

Functional and comfortable apartment, we felt right at home. Getting around with the metro a few steps away was very comfortable as shopping with two supermarkets a few meters away. We would definitely come back.

Really lovely apartment, everything we needed was easy to find. The location was really nice on an old street and sea views from some rooms, we enjoyed the balcony. The hosts were super helpful and despite not all directions appearing on Google maps they sent us a bus time table and it was easy to teach via train then bus.

This residence is wonderful. The beach within a few minutes walk is wonderful. The pool with the residence, though of very modest size, is wonderful. Without a car, getting to town requires a 40 minute walk, with half of that time walking on the shoulder of a highway [not suited for young children]. The bus only goes to and from town five times a day. And taxi drivers found the ride too short to interest them so getting to and from town is a drag. The water in the region is not considered secure to drink or cook with, and we found only one pizza shop with decent food in the neighborhood. So there's still pressure to get to town, despite the inconvenience. But the surroundings were fantastic. It was a wonderful vacation. And we found the host both friendly, responsive and very helpful.

Monia's place was beautiful, spotless, and a great place to relax after weeks of travelling. She is an excellent host who makes every effort to ensure a perfect stay! The place is exactly as advertised, with a beautiful balcony, comfy bed, and breakfast provided. I will be back!

The apartment is better than the photos. It is big, authentic and really interesting. There is no air conditioning, which can be a problem for some people during the summer. We left the windows opened and it was okay to sleep. It was easy to park the car nearby. It is located in a strategic place to visit Castel Gondolfo and other attractions by the lake. The apartment is in the center of Marino, so there are caffés, restaurants etc. in walking distance. Besides, there are many great restaurants in 5 minutes driving.

Brand new studio, very nice and tastefully furnished. Nothing is missing, very well soundproofed and with fabulous air conditioning. The bathroom is comfortable with a spacious shower. The balcony overlooking a private garden is fabulous. Very central and convenient location to reach the beaches on foot in five minutes.

Lara is wonderful and always available. Very nice apartment in a great position. SUPER RECOMMENDED

We loved Massimiliano’s place. Its location near the train station was perfect for us, and we could easily walk to good restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. Massimiliano and his wife were very responsive and helpful. All around, it was a great stay!

Carlo was a perfect host to make sure we were comfortable in his large , spacious apartment. It is in the southern suburbs but excellent bus/metro links to the city centre and it was very relaxing returning to this neighbourhood and the apartment in the evening after a busy day sight seeing. We preferred this to staying in the hectic centre. Two local restaurants Carlo recommended were great and incredible value. Carlo was on hand to meet us at the property and advise us. He also provided a very helpful folder containing full instructions to all the appliances and sight seeing/travel advice. Highly recommended if you're ok with the travel :we purchased a 7 day pass which made travel incredibly inexpensive.

Rome is a very exciting and hectic city to visit. Staying at Parco Sul Balcone was a quiet refuge at the start and end of each day. The apartment is located across from a peaceful park and the neighborhood is quiet, yet close to everything you need. An easy 10 min walk to the metro gets you into the city with stops at Circo Massimo, the Colosseum and Temini Station. We loved how easy it made our visit. The furnishings are very comfortable, modern and with the added benefit of a hot tub - great for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Ivana, our host, was terrific. She met us at the apartment to check in and spent a great deal of time offering us much appreciated advice. Thank you, Ivana! If and when we return to beautiful Roma, we would love to stay with you again :)

Melanie was a great host: she was responsive and gave us clear directions. Upon arrival we found everything very tidy, clean, and instructions for using the hot tub. We really enjoyed the wine offered from their production. Great place to take a moment to relax. Recommended! We'll definitely be back!

Everything was perfect, a very clean accommodation with everything you need, kind and collaborative hosts. It is easy to get around by car to and from the center of Rome, a quiet neighborhood, a great experience.

The apartment is wonderful, clean and spacious, everything is as in the photo, with a beautiful view of the sea. Close to the sea. Norman is friendly, responds quickly to all inquiries. Will recommend to anyone, 10/10
