Beach house holiday rentals in Terracina

We were two families with small children who rented and had a great experience. Doriana and co-hosts were very helpful. It was hard to find the place through the address but we got an exact pin to the listing that we could put into the GPS. It would be good if there were instructions for how the garbage sorting works in the house so everyone doesn't have to ask. We expected there to be more consumables such as salt, dish soap, toilet paper which it didn't but the host arranged for us when we asked. There were a lot of flies everywhere along the coast where we stayed, which meant that we didn't take advantage of the patio as much as we thought we would. According to information, it was due to the wetter weather that has been during the fall (we were there in October) and nothing like others staying during the summer had experienced. All in all we had a very good stay!

Perfect villa for up to 4 people. There were two of us and we had plenty of space. Beautiful garden, garden table + chairs, sun loungers and sunbeds, sun/shade: great! Well equipped kitchen. Bathroom is a bit small and a little dated, but everything works fine. Great host who responds quickly and helps directly with all questions. In short: excellent accommodation for visiting Gaeta, Sperlonga and beach!!

Ivo's house offers a unique view of the bay and is very well located for quick access to beaches and the city. Its access is deserved: access is accessed by an extremely narrow alley bordered by walls. Long live the Fiat 500!

The apartment is situated 150 m from the beach, comfortable and well equiped. Emanuela was very helpful during the whole stay. I would strongly recommend her property to AirBnb members who need peaceful vacation and intend to visit Rome, Napoli, Pompeii and other nearby towns in Italy.

Very cozy apartment , has everything you need for your stay, especially struck by the own terrace) The host is attentive and responds quickly, the location is the most convenient, close to shops, restaurants, cafes and the railway station. I recommend it to everyone and ,I hope to come here again)

We recently stayed at Lucas House, a lovely villa in the mountains of Scauri, just a short drive from Rome. The house is beautiful, with lots of space and comfortable beds. The views are amazing, and we loved both the private pool and the larger shared pool. Most rooms had air conditioning, which was great. Driving in the area can be tricky, but the "authentic" Italian experience makes it worthwhile. There aren't many tourists, which makes it feel very real, but it might be challenging language and service-wise if you prefer more tourist-friendly places. Overall, Lucas House was perfect for our big family. It is child-friendly, though the large marble stairs make it more suitable for children over 3.5 years old. It’s close to many beautiful spots and beaches. Dealing with Luca and his team was easy and smooth. Thank you, Luca, for hosting us in your wonderful villa!

We had a very pleasant stay and really loved the house. It had a wonderful view over the sea and the pool was very clean with a perfect temperature. We could walk to the beach, just took about 10 min. The surroundings were calm but there were a lot of restaurants near the beach and in the small town. The house was 2 hours from Rome with car, to Naples we took the train which took us about 1 hour and 20 min. Would love to come back, the hosts were super nice and friendly!

Very nice, friendly and helpful host, very attentive to the needs of us who have a small child. He left us bottles of fresh water in the refrigerator and lots of cold cuts, milk, jams and many other products. The pool and outdoor spaces are very well maintained, and the house is very clean. When we needed it for a small problem, he solved it in five minutes. For those who want to stay in complete relaxation, I highly recommend it.

the owners, Sylvia, and her husband, were very pleasant and provided us with excellent support. We arrived late in the evening at 11 p.m., and they came to pick us up from the train station. It's a gesture we'll never forget. the location is beautiful, we spent a lot of time at the beach which is just a few meters from the house. thank you Sylvia

We visited Claudia's place for three weeks and were quickly overwhelmed by the fantastic location, the incredibly beautiful beaches and the fantastic sunsets. Claudia had put a lot of effort into answering our questions all the time and there was a smaller problem she had helped us immediately. We felt very comfortable with her.

Very nice villa near the sea, well-kept and tastefully furnished, spacious and stocked with everything, with plenty of kitchen utensils and to enjoy the lovely garden. The rooms are comfortable and with many closets, several televisions, air conditioning and fans available. In 7 you are perfectly comfortable. The area is residential and quiet. The sea is a 4-minute walk away. Even our dog had a great time, with the fence around the house he could stay in the garden in the cool while we went to the beach. The host Nicola is very kind and helpful and Mr. Maurizio is always ready to help for any eventuality. In short, a perfect experience and definitely to be repeated!

We visited Villa Greg with 11 people, 5 of them children 10 years old and under, and it was absolutely PERFECTO! There was space for children to be children, and space for adults to gsther and share a meal or a bottle (or two or three...) of wine. Close to charming medieval towns and world class, Michelin starred dining, we could not have had a more amazing time.

Wonderful house, superior to any expectation. Large, super clean, equipped with everything and you don't feel like a vacation home, but a loved and well-kept place. A special mention to the bathroom, which in addition to being very spacious has a spectacular shower! Garden and covered patio are equally well cared for and very enjoyable, you can have lunch outdoors in the middle of the greenery and in total tranquility. We did not have the pleasure of meeting Claudia, but her formidable parents welcomed us not only with the courtesy that is allowed to be expected, but with sincere warmth (thank you again Rita for your exquisite donkey and Aldo for the plant). They were available for anything and, at the same time, are people of absolute discretion and respect for the confidentiality of guests. We've rarely felt so good! We really recommend a stay with them.

This beautiful cottage offers a perfect combination of peace and comfort. Surrounded by an idyllic pine forest, it has a large garden that invites you to relax. The nearby, gently sloping beach is ideal for families with children and offers numerous sports facilities such as kite surfing and windsurfing. Well-equipped Lido's provide extra beach comfort. The spacious house convinces with very good facilities, fast internet and a high level of security. The communication with the landlady was very pleasant and quick – she was always helpful. The peaceful surroundings and the relaxed atmosphere make it an ideal retreat for families looking for relaxation and fun.

We spent ten days of pure relaxation in Francesco's apartment! Already upon our arrival everything was made pleasant and simple, from check-in to our departure. The apartment was impeccable even in the smallest details, nothing was missing and the beach below the house was the best! Francesco's courtesy, hospitality and availability are unique and made our stay even more enjoyable. A place we will definitely return to and recommend to friends and family.

My friends and I spent a week at Milva's place, and everything was perfect, the owner is very kind, sunny and very helpful, we felt right at home. Any information we wanted to ask Milva was always there to respond and help us. It was a really beautiful week, and we'll be back this and for sure... Thanks again Milva for everything!
